I loved Dunkin donuts but it has changed a lot and not for the better but hey what do I know ..I'm just a customer now cocoa was a bit watery my son said my caramel macchiato was good donuts we ok cold not warming.. but again I haven't been here too often .quick fast service with a smile .. professional Blessings to all

The cleanest Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. It's been years since I've been to one. Sean was extremely friendly, prompt and professional. I'm not in Killeen very often, but I will definitely return when in the area.

Dunkin ran out of doughnuts for the promotion on veterans day.In addition to all other donuts. what is the donut shop without donuts? that is the question many of us ask. maybe this dunkin is the mcdonald's of donut shops.

Bought a dozen of donuts they were cold refrigerated. Only two of them were fresh. Check your donuts before you leave. Very disappointed. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts all the time and I’ve never had this problem.

This Dunkin' Donuts is consistently fast and efficient,
Located conveniently right off of the I-95/ Ft Hood Street, this Dunkin' is a great breakfast spot before going into work.
There's been multiple instances where I pull up, order, pay, and receive my order in about 2 minutes (with no one else in line).
Definitely one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've been to!

Being from NH i love my Dunkins. I stopped here this morning 7/11 around 1100 for a coffee on my way to DFW to catch a flight. The young girl realized at the last minute she didn't give me the correct change and quickly corrected it. Thank you

Always missing ingredients and bad customer service
This place has gone downhill. Not worth the price. The manager is very rude. Drinks aren't made correctly half the time. Items are missing from orders. Orders are made incorrectly, which is funny considering they only have a few breakfast items that are really simple to make. They are always out of items, even when they show them as in stock on the mobile app. They haven't had the French cruller in years, yet it's still on the mobile app and available for these locations when it's not. I had an issue where I never picked up my order, and the regional manager said they would leave my refund for me at this location with my name on it to pick up. When I came to pick it up, no one had any refund for me and had no idea who I was. I never got the money back. Don't recommend coming to any of the bell county Dunkins.

Ordered a pistachio latte through the drive thru. Cup wasn't even filled up and it doesn't even taste like coffee was added! I didn't think it was worth driving back to say anything because the guy in the window wasn't friendly at all, like he was too good to be there, and I've been to this location many times before but the last few times were disappointing. I won't be back.
