Went through drive thru, the worker was so rude. I asked for a croissant sausage egg and cheese but gave me a bagel sausage egg and cheese, asked for a strawberry donut gave me a plain donut! Can’t get my order right!!!

We just ordered 2 coffees, Plain bagel bites and 2 dunkin wraps. Paid was given one coffee, when I asked which one it was, the person at the window had a snooty attitude to tell me that it was mine. We pulled to the second window and sat there maybe 6 plus minutes. We got the food and as usual double checked that everything we ordered was there. We noticed that my daughters plain bagel bites weren't there and that we didn't get our second coffee. Second coffee had to be verified as to which one we ordered and when we got the bagel bites, they weren't plain. They had given us the everything type ones. After pulling off from the window already pretty pissed at the wait time and getting the order wrong, I took a bite of the dunkin wrap and it was still cold in the middle. It also wasn't very appetizing looking at all. So needless to say, we will not be returning to this location ever again.

Incredibly rude staff. From the person answering the drive thru rushing me during ordering to the person at the window practically tossing our donuts at us. Then we got our drinks after 6 minutes of waiting at the second window they were made horribly. Extremely disappointed but it’s Killeen what did I expect.

My friend and I went to this store and we're not happy, we asked for 2 specialty coffees and we're served plain black coffee. We check the coffees but only in the outside, next time we will removed the lid and stir the coffee.

These staff be getting your order wrong 24/7 , I went here like a few month ago and now just went there and tell me why.. THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG THE SAME 2 times?? Like just get my donut 😭😭. Place is nice and all but stop hiring teens that gotta be on TikTok to even function to do there job.

I placed my order online and got to the restaurant went to drive -thru told them I was there to pick up order. Was told to go to 2nd window. Sat there for 10 minutes ( no exaggeration) just for them to tell me they didn’t have one of the items I ordered. And this is the bagel they gave me. ( plain bagel with cream cheese). This is literally ridiculous and sad.

They never have anything that’s on the menu not even whip cream. I understand they run out of items but everytime I come is ridiculous.
Customer service was not the best. The lady on the headset didn’t know what was in the drink I ordered and trying for my 1st time. Once I got it, it was carbonated water and when I asked if I could get something else she said there was nothing she could do. It took everything in her to finally just give me my money back when she could have just replaced the drink.

Loved! My first time ordering Dunkin and the young crew was so helpful helping me decide what to order! I just told them to whip up something with caramel and chocolate and they did a fantastic job!!! ESPECIALLY adding the cinnamon sugar! I’m super pregnant and was craving coffee. Definitely satisfied my craving. Thank you!

Why do you even have these stores open. I drove to both the Clear Creek store and Fort Hood St store. neither had donuts, the Clear Creek location had the lights off the donut display. The reps taling and ignoring customers. Other people there seemed upset, although I didnt ask them their feelings on the store. I have gone back multiple times to give both these locations chances, it seems the same every time. Either they are out of a flavor. Go through the drive through, get told one thing, go inside and find out I was lied to. No more chances, done with dunkin/baskin. the reviews show multiple people have poor experiences here.
