I ordered an iced latte, a plain bagel and an everything bagel on Uber eats. The latte is practically flavored milk and they gave me another everything bagel instead of the plain bagel without consulting with me.

Run down. Sausage egg and cheese flat cold and tasted sour like it was past the expiration date. Donut was cold like it was next to it in a freezer. This has been the first time in 20+ years coming to this chain and it will be last. Spend almost 20 dollar on food to spit out the first bite and just throw it directly into the trash. The only thing this place is good for is if you want to waist money.

I ordered a cold brew with sweet cold foam + vanilla and it just tasted like plain coffee with cream in it and the caramel craze signature latte also had almost no flavor. The sausage inside of the kolache I ordered was actually cold still as well. This may be the worst Dunkin in the entire area which is unfortunate because of how central its location is - hoping it was just a fluke but this isn't the first time I've encountered problems at this location albeit never anything close to the issues I had today.

Love this location. They are always so fast and efficient. I’m never in a long line. However I miss the old avocado toasts that tasted fresh and with sesame seeds… yall stopped actually spreading it and just kind of dump it on and stopped putting those seeds on which I love… this is the one thing that makes and starts my morning when I leave the house for work. Can you please go back to doing it nicely? I really don’t want to start going back to Starbucks yall. ? However kudos on the staff every time. Changes on staff or not. These people are always WORKING. Whoever is manager here, they do things right.

Daughter purchased over 100$ worth of doughnuts and drinks over the course of a free days and every order was wrong including hair in our doughnuts and seems no one ever answers the phone considered this is the first time id ever have to call but not sure management is on track if this happened so often and no matter how big or small our orders are sadly I won't be buying here again because the hair and my daughter is autistic and takes that very seriously and was very sad to find we had to throw a whole dozen of doughnuts twice because of hair either imbedded with icing or hair in a already sealed box gross
