Terrible service, the cashier treated us very badly and in a bad mood.
I ordered 4 quarts of the Love potion 31 ice cream on line and set a time of 7 PM. When I called to say I was on my way BR told me they had no such order and that the flavor was not even in yet. I was directed to contact customer support. I contacted CS via e-mail and next day received an e-mail from Jennifer the district manager. Explained the issue and she asked me to come to the store and the funds were refunded as well as a free quart of ice cream for my troubles. Perfect example of turning a bad experience into a positive one. Although I will not use the online ordering option as this was the second issue I have had. Thank you to Jennifer for handling this.
Ordered a birthday cake for my son online a week in advance; went to pick up and they had made the wrong cake. Receipt clearly said which cake was supposed to
Be made - “banner cake”, but the cake lady made a different cake. And it was not even made that well (see ribbons on picture.)
It was the day before his birthday so not much could be done; the employees helping me were kind and not the ones responsible for the mistake, so I just took the cake and left. Judging by the other reviews, this is just the kind of establishment they are, lacking accountability and professionalism. Not to mention I had to wait over 10 minutes to be helped when there was only one other customer there (a dasher picking up an order) and three employees. On par with this city in general.

They are always out of something each time I go.
I don't understand how they are always missing items if there is shortage remove those things from your menu. Including through delivery apps
Although they were missing flavors at the time of my order, Tori’s customer service was above and beyond. Despite the late hour, her attitude and assistance exceeded expectations, and her communication skills made the experience very smooth and hospitable.

Went at 8pm for ice cream cake. Dont judge. So what if we wanted a cake to eat for no reason? ? Anyways, got there only to find they only had like 2 different cakes. So we decided to get some ice cream. Nobody in the drive thru and nobody inside. We waited for 5 mins for anybody to say anything to us. Asked for a brownie fudge sundae. Guy says “we don’t serve that at this location.” Okay. They don’t have brownies. Alright, can I have a banana split? “Sorry. We haven’t had bananas in like 3 weeks” Really? Okay. How about just a hot fudge sundae. (He lifts up the empty hot fudge container. “We are out of hot fudge” Bro. Really? Okay. Just give me a regular sundae with this Jamoca almond fudge ice cream. “Ugh. I hate my coworkers. That isn’t the right flavor. We are out of that too.” Okay. Give me mint chocolate chip with whip cream, peanuts and cherries. “We are out of peanuts ma’am” They were out of cookies and cream and chocolate ice cream. Two hours to closing and the employees were more concerned with closing the store. The man helping just kept saying “I can’t wait to get out of here.” He just kept telling us it’s not his fault they don’t have anything. Blame the GM Bre. So. Bre, do better. Get that store together.
