You may not understand... Grant's Pass Oregon is where I grew up.... I was there for the cart.... I was there for the hole in the wall... I was there for the Y2K party.... gosh.... 23 years later... I'm in Texas and.... I just want to say that yesterday I drove up and Forest (just learned his name yesterday lol) didn’t even have to ask my order, just if I was getting my drink! It probably means I go here too much but I have to because I just live the customer service I get. I love the drinks, but most of all I love the people. Keep up the great work! ❤️
Unfortunately a good thing is going bad starting yesterday.
Clear creek location has a manager that has less customer service skills than the entire staff at both locations.
Sage ( The so called manager) wanted to stick his chest out to let me know he the manager instead of trying to create my drink the way I was requesting to have it made.
Not to mention I pull up and have my children's smoothies prepared the same way every visit!
