This usually is a pretty good location but it’s hit or miss on the crew you get and the level of professionalism. As a paying customer, respectfully I feel like we should be able to speak up when our drink is made wrong, without attitude or criticism from the staff. The shift lead was pretty unprofessional today and when asked about management information I was told there isn’t any. I only asked for this after they remade my drink 2 times and was treated like crap-eye rolls...read full review
I highly recommend Dutch Bros but not the one on Clear Creek in Killeen. Slowest service I have ever encountered. 20-25 minutes to get a drink
