After a less than stellar meal at another Mexican restaurant close by, a friend suggested Jalisco. Talk about night and day. This was not only a better price, but better flavors. I order the Torta Cubana and bean and cheese nachos. The torta was solid and the bread was toasted perfectly. I didn’t like the nachos as much and it seemed like the beans were from a can. But, I would still come back and try other items from the menu.

Honestly adore this place. Me and my spouse have only had the dinner here but have often found ourselves here a couple times a week. The serving sizes are great for what you pay per person. Whether you’re getting seafood or basic tacos or enchiladas, it’s all good. Every time I try to get something new and have yet to be disappointed. Fair pricing on beer and what not. The employees are great with timing. Usually keeping an eye out for empty drink and chip/salsa bowls. Orders have always been accurate. I have never had a bad experience here. We usually go on weekdays past 7pm cause they are usually not super busy then. On the weekends we find ourselves without parking and hit up our back up Mexican place (Mas Fajita). Customer service may vary depending how busy they are. That’s normal. Give people some grace and don’t be stuck up. This place is fantastic. Would recommend.

Today was 3rd time my Bacon potato ham egg and cheese burrito had no bacon. The food is good but today I not only (once again) didn't have bacon but I had a long hair in my burrito. I won't be back and I am sad because this was my Killeen go to. I will make my way to Temple get a receipt and check before I pull off. Lessons learned if your going to eat here just check it out they are very busy and only human.

The waitress was great. I had my daughter and 3 grandkids. She had patience and was very attentive. The food was delicious.
Service was questionable from the start. We asked for our drinks to be in to go cups. Obviously they weren’t. We were a party of 3. Imagine.. they brought our food one at a time. Who does that. If I wanted to eat alone. I would have gone by myself. Not like we could wait for everything to be brought to the table. It would have gotten cold.Food was good. Just not happy with the over all service of our food being brought out.
Only recived food in the drive thru, but this is the best place for breakfast tacos this side of town.
