Freezing Milk rolling ice cream boba Tea Waffle

So adorable here and the staff is amazing. Definitely recommend coming here if you're trying to meet up with friends or you just want some boba. Stuff is cheap too, I believe it's all under $10 for a single item. I definitely recommend the Caramel boba and the dragon fruit yogurt drink!

If you want boba, don’t go here! Their drinks are loaded with enough sugar to kill an elephant. The “milk teas” are pre made with an artificial powder mixed with water. No real tea, no way to adjust sweetness. I tried a Thai tea sample, but it was insanely sweet and flavorless. Settled on a brown sugar milk, but it was even worse. They added 1/2 an inch worth of cane sugar to an already hefty amount of brown sugar syrup which made it quite literally undrinkable.
I’ve worked at three different boba shops and have never seen it made that way. Total waste of money (and yes, I even tipped)!

There was a hair strand in the ice cream. The workers need hair net or hair covers to avoid hairs from falling into the ice cream.

I got a mango milk tea and there was no flavor and it tasted expired

The air conditioner wasn’t working, but the employees were helpful.
So just an update to my review from yesterday. I’m leaving the four-star review but after I bought my daughter a boba for ~$4 and thought the cashier and other employees were working hard and getting the job done, despite the store being packed with kids, I gave her a $3 tip. But I had given the cashier my card to run instead of using the machine facing me due to the over crowding keeping me from getting to the device. Later that night I was notified by my bank that someone was using my card to purchase four attempts of almost $400 and tried to use it to purchase alcohol at a local brewery that night.
My bank declined all the purchases and I am getting a new card in about a week. So it’s just more of an inconvenience on my end than anything. I can’t confirm that this is where I had my card’s information taken but I was only charged the $4 and not the tip.
Just to be safe I won’t be going to this store anymore. There’s a closer one to my house any ways and the air conditioner works fine there.

Everything is good, but damn they work pretty slowly. Granted there was a out 6 orders before me, but I had to wait 40 min for one thing of Boba. I get busy, but they ain't moving with any sense of urgency

Eh, not much for the price. Flavors listed were not added to my wife's ice cream. We won't return. Crew were friendly
