Dining at this Star Wars–themed establishment is not merely a meal, but a theatrical immersion into a galaxy both familiar and fantastical. One enters through sliding blast doors into a space that is equal parts cantina, star cruiser, and dreamscape, where every detail—from the hissing sound of hydraulics to the faint hum of lightsabers—conspires to suspend disbelief.

The culinary offerings walk a delicate line between whimsy and refinement, and nowhere is this balance more masterfully struck than with the Jabba Jewels mozzarella sticks. Cloaked in a golden, impeccably crisp shell, these indulgent morsels arrive glistening like treasure pilfered from the Hutt’s own vaults. The first bite releases a cascade of molten mozzarella, luxuriously rich yet not cloying, accompanied by a subtle seasoning that lifts the familiar comfort of the dish into something extraordinary. Paired with a scarlet marinara that boasts a depth of flavor worthy of Coruscant’s finest kitchens, the Jabba Jewels are not a novelty, but a revelation. They stand as a testament to the restaurant’s philosophy: playful homage need not compromise culinary excellence.

This restaurant does not simply cater to Star Wars devotees—it transcends fandom to deliver an experience of artistry, indulgence, and sheer delight. To dine here is to discover that in a galaxy far, far away, even mozzarella sticks can become mythic.

Food is great and prices are awesome! Lots of old-school games. Definitely a family or young adult hangout.
Staff is so sweet and the cook will stick up for the customers when crazy people walk in from off the street.

Food was pretty good and our server was very friendly — he even brought us two canned sodas when the fountain root beer wasn’t working and we requested refills. Bill was reasonable as well and the ambiance was great. My only complaint — why call it a “bar and grill” when it’s BYOB. No biggie, just a bit of shock when I couldn’t order a beer. Otherwise, a fun meal.

Food was fantastic, but service was awful. Waited for our food, then waited almost 30 minutes after finished eating and told 3 employees we were ready for the check. Finally, we got up and went to the register. Was so disappointed, we had heard great things about this place.

Galaxy was recommended to me by a couple of soldiers from my work. We were not disappointed. The food was hot and fresh. Our server Tyrell went above and beyond. He was consistently checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be coming back, can't wait to try breakfast!!

What it does, it does well. This place is a shrine to star wars, aliens, and cereal. Kids are enthralled; adults are either amazed, flabbergasted, or dumbstruck; all others may actually be aliens.

The constant lunchtime flow of uniformed personnel from the nearby military base adds to all of the Fellini feeling.

Even if nothing on the menu tickles your inner child, stop for a cold drink just to bath in the kooladish atmosphere; so thick that it could almost be sliced and served alamode.

The all you can eat cereal is pretty cool but sometimes the service is not all there like the waiter take long for them to come and see if you need more cereal and drinks. But over all it's pretty cool

Tons to look at! The bar is filled with many different cereal choices and is unlimited. I ordered eggs, potatoes, bacon, and French toast. All was tasty, but my daughter’s pancakes were exceptionally delicious. Highly recommend. They were fluffy and slightly crispy; melt in your mouth. OJ was a generous portion and the bacon and cheese omelet looked fantastic too. The atmosphere was a Star Wars fan’s dream. Lots of nostalgia for sure. Pool tables and arcade games looked fun and there was a large amount of seating in this diner style restaurant/ museum.
