Got what I want.fried okra was everything, great sweet tea, the young man that took my order was great very friendly. Yes I sample the chicken not bad excellent dinner roll nice in warm. I definitely will go back.

General manager basically tried to say he had to throw away food becuz I wanted to upgrade my order. The order was never passed to me so why throw it away saying pay or leave. Just to upgrade. Just rude I will not spend my money and be talked to like I'm a problem.

Whoever you have working today 9/24 at the counter has a terrible attitude, upon walking in with my family after a drs appt. We walk in to an extra wet slippery floor. My husband almost slipped as he was trying to get his footing she had the nerve to say “please don’t do that” and I informed her that the floor was very slippery. After I sat down she said out loud that it’s because the floor is still drying. I also made a comment that maybe they should put up a wet floor sign, which my husband went to grab and put up because she didn’t think it was an issue. I had time to sit and eat my meal and when we left the floor was still extremely slippery and apparently when I walked out she said out loud enough for my husband to hear why my kids weren’t in school. Tuh, I'm just gonna say ma’am, be glad you waited until I walked out to say that I did not make you fill out an app and work here. Also the tenders weren’t fresh at 11 am

I will share with you if you love golden chick like I do. The mgr there told me she cooks to order due to complaints about food. This is real one right here. She genuinely cares about customer service. So if you don't mind waiting for hot fresh order of food. This is the golden chick to go to in Killeen area. And I do mean Killeen area. I've had issues at all of them and most of the issue is food not fresh. I don't do fast food often but when I do it will be this location only. Food was hot as stated. Wait time was as stated. It's a new location and now my only fast food location. This by far the best customer service I've ever had. Applause to you and staff.

This location when it first open they were good. It's sad to see such a drastically change for the worse. They never have fresh chicken or have anything at all. The time to wait for a meal that is not cooked to order is endless and whe you finally receive your order items are always missing or poorly prepared. So you have to go back and waste double time and gas for something that should of been right the first time taking in consideration the length of your wait. A responsible and effective leadership is urgently needed. This is most definitely inexcusable, Do better than that!

Golden chick is typically my favorite fast food fried chicken (except this spot). I've been here 2 times so far, and both times, the food came out mediocre and really slow. The first time took like 15 mins just for a single meal and one person ahead of me (think they switched up our orders). The second time, the chicken was hard and dry. The one on Fort Hood Street has been a lot better food quality wise. Everything tasted like it had been under a heat lamp in a gas station all day. By far, it's the worst golden chick I've been to.
