Not what it used to be.
Years ago this was the place to go.
Not so much any more.
Went there early evening on a weekday.
Wasn't too impressed with the way it looked inside. It felt cold and uninviting.
Although we were greater and seated quickly ( due to lack of customers) , the staff acted as if they didn't want to be there.
The menu had very few selections.
Ordered a hamburger ( bad choice) , it was some kind of processed meat that obviously had been frozen.
Served on a burnt hamburger bun and almost impossible to chew.
Luckily it came with fries, at least they were edible.
It really saddens me to see this once great restaurant, a historic piece of the city, to have fallen to this level.

Ate here with a friend I had just met. Everyone knew him. He's a regular there. He's a veteran and it was Veterans Day so I paid for his dinner! Very good food!

Went in for Breakfast and got the Trash Can Omelette and Biscuits and Gravy and both were Delicious, the Biscuits were so Buttery and fluffy and the Omelette had Chorizo which gave it all the right Flavor Definitely Recommend! 😋

Placed an order via phone & I spoke loudly so that the guy that took my order could hear me clearly due to traffic being so loud (driving) Immediately he gave attitude explaining to me why he was being loud w/me... after placing my order I said thank you & hung up. Pulled up at 4:55pm today to purchase order & he tried to act like he hrard absolutely nothing after I repeated my order to him TWICE... he thought I was going to go through the motions w/him & reorder but I absolutely did not. I politely walked out after he claim I hung up on him & we went to Meno's instead where the employees are far more polite & the customers seemingly matter.

This place has never disappointed me. Food is made to order, fresh , hot , and delicious. Very tasteful. Kid friendly friendly staff and OMG THE FOOD IS AWESOME. I recommend to anyone looking for a home cooked meal

Customer service great.. but the food and the precise instructions giving to the waiter was not fulfilled... People was great.. but the food not satisfying.. overall I give a three star.. and don't order tea.. very distasteful

I went to Hallmark restaurant this morning in Killeen on Stan Schluter loop when I went in the store I went to pick up an order for DoorDash. The I showed the order to the waitress and she said get that out of my face very very rude. I did not like that Very unprofessional. I will file a complaint with DoorDash. I will not go back over there if I get another DoorDash order. I will pass it up and I will tell other people how rude they are the last time I was in there same lady was rude again so you should not complain about customers, DoorDash or any other people you get a lot of business or DoorDash I just go out to try to make extra money but a terrible experience owners. You should reprimand employees
