This place isn't even open. I went here and they were closed for renovations. When on Google it clearly said they were open. Never going here again

I stopped to smoke a cigar on their patio and have a few beers. No one waited on me even though the pace was empty, so I went in to order my drink. The beer taps don't work. So I bout a bottle, the first one was cold and the next was warm. The bathroom is falling apart and the restaurant is so run down and dated, it's an absolute embarrassment... I doubt they will be in business in a year... I really like Hooters wings, but I will not return to this one..

We ordered through GrubHub and the employees as well as the driver were perfect. Hooters however, messed our order up completely. We order wings and received none, we ordered a chicken burger and got a hamburger, and we also ordered two cakes and are missing a cake. Will not eat from here again.

We got there at 7pm and ordered food by 7:30pm and didn't get our food at all. We, a party of 5, waited over an hour to get food and never got it. Terrible service and very slow even with a half full restaurant. Slow and not eating there again. Disappointed.

I know it's a hooters, but c'mon....how are you going to sell an onion ring app for 8.99 and not even give eight onion rings??? 5.5 in the order!m and no tangy sauce even though we reminded staff. Not going back to this location!

Visiting from Oregon. The girls were really nice and funny and easy to talk with. They even held signs we made to give the guys at home a bad time. It was great.

This was the dirtiest restaurant I've been to in years. Maybe ever. Tables and menus were sticky with old food and drinks on them. The stools were all wobbly and the fans looked like they were about to fall down. My husband and I were seated right away, but the waited 20 minutes for our waitress, before calling it quits and just leaving. None of the wait staff seemed to notice us leave. My husband really wanted some Hooters wings, but when he suggested we just leave, I dang near ran outta there.

Possibly worst experience I have ever had. I arrived a few minutes before Game 1 of NBA Finals. When I walked in the Host Staff had their backs turned to me. I should have known that this was the start to something bad. Finally they ask me where I want to sit so I pick out a table in the middle of the room surrounded by TV's. The game begins and the game goes to first commercial break and I realized that I have not been greeted by a server yet. I continue to watch game and the second commercial break comes and still no service. At this point I begin to realize just how bad this place is. I knew I should have asked to speak to a manager at this point, but I decided to continue to see how long this continues to go on. I watched the entire 2nd Qtr of game surrounded by waitresses serving customers and cleaning tables. But I sat there unattended. Finally it's half time and I have to say something. The Manager at this point walked out to the Host Staff booth so I approached and advised that I had been sitting for an hour and fifteen minutes with no service. The manager asked where I was sitting and I pointed out my location. The Manager then got me a server and at this point I hoped the night would get better but no luck. I ordered a draft beer and an entree. The waitress brought out the beer quickly and told me that an orange slice would be out shortly but it never arrived. The beer also tasted funny. The entree that I ordered took about 35 minutes to come out. I had ordered cheese on my sandwich but it arrived without. Also the sandwich had entirely too much sauce on it. I love Hooters but this experience was just awful. Never had anything this awful at any of the Dallas locations.

The customer service was terrible. It took 15 minutes before I had my drink order taken at the bar. It took another 20 minutes for me to get my side salad. At this point I just told them to give me the bill and they could eat the rest of the food. This place is trash!!!!!!

The food was okay but nothing spectacular. The girls were nice and friendly. The service was great but I've had better food and different places around Killeen. I went in the afternoon so it wasn't busy at all their wings were pretty good the fried pickles were not that good. It seems like the girls were more into the men that were there instead of providing exceptional customer service to everybody. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon but would like to try a different Hooters in another city to see if the experiences is the same.
