I would never get anything from here again, chicken tasted very very very old, there is a no refund policy, and there are rodents everywhere, the kitchen smells, don’t trust this place

I used to love this place when I lived here and try to stop by every time I visit. I stopped by before I headed back home. The window was open so I assumed they were open for taking orders. I asked for bulgogi with fried rice and 10 piece yakimandu. She says I can’t get fried rice with it because it’s only steamed rice. I ask if I pay more can I get it. She says no. So I say okay let me get the bulgogi with steamed rice then. She says we don’t open until 11. It’s 10:45 and the window was open. Why go back and forth with me if you not open? Customer service is trash.
