Tried HTeaO for the first time, and I won’t be back. Just tried HTeaO for the first time, even though I'm not much of a tea drinker. But hey, they have coffee too, so why not? I ordered an horchata iced coffee, a peach poppi, and a mint watermelon tea for me and my girls through the drive-thru.
The experience? Let's just say it wasn’t the best. When I got to the window, the staff member greeted us with a look of pure annoyance. I asked for dill pickle kettle chips, which seemed to make her even more irritated. She shut the window, came back to say they didn’t have them, and then took my payment in total silence. No acknowledgment, no smile, nothing—just handed me my card and receipt and closed the window. I mean...wow.
Oh, and the horchata iced coffee? Definitely not what I expected. It doesn’t taste like horchata at all—it’s just super cinnamon-heavy, but honestly, it’s still a solid sugary iced coffee, so there’s that!
Overall, I’m giving it another shot, but it’s definitely not the best first impression. #HTeaO #FirstImpression #ServiceCouldBeBetter

The cashier Nayelie C was so rude!!! Asked if we had rewards, NO BECAUSE WEVE NEVER BEEN TOLD ABOUT THE REWARD PROGRAM IN 6 MONTHS we've been coming. She didn't explain ANYTHING AFTER inquiring about it other than download it.. download WHAT? she got pissy when we asked for a bag for $65 purchase. She handed us the bag and I made her hold it open while we put our purchase in !!!!

Was driving by and saw a building with HTeaO. I decided to stop by and investigate. And omg some of the best tea in Texas. I was able to sample every tea in the building. So many flavors so many to choose from. If you haven't had the Texas chai it's a must! 😁👍🏻

I had no idea what to expect when coming here. I pulled up to the drive thru kiosk and told the employee I had never been there before. She politely recommended that I come inside to try their available teas. When walking in, every tea they have is out on the floor and you get to try, every, single, one! There is a garnish bar that has lemon, lime, oranges, honey, and a couple of other options for no additional cost. I never knew I needed this place in my life, and now, it's a must. If you are a tea lover, try them!
