This is based on a old visit, which was my only visit, but the pho was mid and the service was basically non-existent. The atmosphere was similar to most modern minimalist designs, so nothing special, but it was VERY clean.

I’m confused about why you guys keep sending out this sms with a coupon code every month, but when you’re in store ordering, staff refuses to honor it. Please update your SMS advertising if this is the case… super annoying to get texts from you when it’s a misrepresentation and doesn’t even apply.
