We came on drive thru and the 2 girls in the window was arguing in front of us. Very unprofessional. We gave them a 20 dollars bill and the lady turn at us a couple minutes later and tell us the total as we haven’t paid. We tell her we paid and she start yelling at the other girl saying that we paid already. She give us the receipt and the drink. Saying she didn’t know how long to the food be ready because they had many cars waiting. We pull up to the parking in the front and has no cars waiting l. Just 2 other cars in the drive thru. Anyways. Very, very unprofessional and disappointing. We waited 20 min for the food in no rush time! Never again for sure. Hire best employees!!!

The girl that took my order had zero greeting, Zero kindness and zero respect for me as a customer…. However the lady without teeth was kind and smiled while giving me my drink…. The fries where rubber… although the chicken tender was spot on good…… there is a cleaning issue as you can see oil running down the walls and stainless steal dividers…. And why is the pass threw now covered up?

Whoever took my mom’s order at the window today was genuinely incompetent. It’s not TOO big of a deal of course but my mother stated she wanted a large coke with her #2 about 3 times and the lady still proceeded to hand her a large sprite.
Also, jack in the box’s sprite is gross. I’m not sure if this is just a location problem but it’s definitely way too lime-y. I threw it out. The #2 is good though.

It's about what you would expect from a jack in the box. Service is kind of iffy at times. The burgers are really hit or miss. My fries and tacos have always come out great though.

I rarely go here because it's been atrocious so I thought after a year I can try again. I pull in the drive thru and it's literally no fried food. That is literally half your menu. So I left. I won't go back again. The higher ups should learn a lesson in economics because when there is no demand. There will be an abundance of supply. And you wonder why no one goes there anymore. I will tell everyone I know never to go there again. The GM is maybe complicit but probably doesn't care. Well done. Way to run off multiple customers for life. What a trash place. Has been for years.

This is the worst Jack in the box I ever see in my life everything we do Doordashers your co-workers they not do they job fast enough to do ours orders for the Dasher and for the customer's in drive thru at night. They need fixing the problem with your co-workers at night.

Ordered the game day meal. I’ll spare all the individual descriptions but to say that none of the food was good (fries were ok, I guess). Oily, old, stale, missing toppings. And they were completely out of soda. I’d ordered through the app, so I was actually lucky to get my two drinks… or so I thought. The Sprite turned out to be water.
The girls working seemed stressed but were nice to me. But I def won’t ever be going back.

If i could give a zero i would! Absolutely horrible service i ended up leaving and will not be back at this location! I arrived at 10 pm 10:02 to be exact and sat in the drive through for 10 minutes no other cars in the drivethru no other cars in the parking lots and received no service they just kept saying to give them a minute! When they finally decided they were going to take our order they proceeded to pretend they couldnt hear us when we already exchanged conversation when they were asking for another minute. At the same time you can hear the employees laughing in the background while they kept repeating rhe wrong order over and over! After anither 2-3 minutes of this i decided to just leave. Not sure what was so funny but im glad they had a laugh i will not be back
