I checked in around 10 pm and of course the AC temperature is at 79 degrees here inside room… I’m thinking it will take a while to cool down the room…. Well it’s 1:12 am and this room still hot… temperature is 78 degrees… I called customer service from my personal phone because the room phone doesn’t work… Lady in the lobby is very nice, but the only thing she can offer is to move me to another hot room and hoping that the AC on this new hot room will work in a few hours…. I’m exhausted and extremely tired for driving all day and just wanted to get recharged so that I can continue driving next morning…. Holidays hotel quality has gone down so much that I will not choose Them again in my life…

The crew was extremely nice and food was good but was a little cold but over all great fast place to grab a good burger.

this location is absolute trash. nasty fry oil and cold fries, sloppy-made and way over-sauced burgers, soggy burritos, wrong items, long wait, etc etc etc. save yourself the trouble of a nasty meal and unpleasant experience and go to the harker heights location.

I ordered the grilled chicken salad with extra chicken on Thursday 3/13. I was immediately told that the chicken is no longer grilled but julienned. I agreed.
When I got my food, I had to ask for my receipt. Something told me to look at it right then. They charged $5 for extra chicken and it wasn't even freshly cooked.
When I got home and was ready to eat, I was even more disappointed to find out that the lettuce wasn't even cut. And I'm not talking about big chunks of lettuce but an entire freaking leaf, like it was pulled straight from the head.
Even though I thought it was just one leaf, when I looked through I found that the entire salad was like that. Maybe like 4 full leaves of lettuce 🥬 instead of chopped or shredded.
I'm so disappointed in JITB. I didn't eat there all the time, but to find that they have not only reduced the options of salad but also changed the way the meat is prepared as well as charging almost the price of the salad just for extra chicken. I was pissed.
I'll probably never go back to JITB. This is so lazy and unprofessional.

I pulled up at the drive thru at 7:30pm and there was NO ONE there to take my order . I looked into the restaurant and there was 3 male workers simply hiding and intentionally not trying to take any orders which was extremely odd . As a person who manages fast food chains this is totatlly unacceptable . No reason someone should be waiting to get there order with 0 ppl in line
