The food made us sick to our stomachs. When we got there, no one greeted us. After standing there for about 5 min someone yelled from the kitchen area that we can order from a kiosk. There was not a sole inside the restaurant. Then the door kept staying open letting cold air in. No one checked on us or anything. Very unpleasant.

This is one of the most unprofessional fast food places I've been in a long time. Come in to pick up an order, and there is no one at the front. The male employee walking back and forth just kind of looks at you and then completely ignores you, even after attempting to talk to him. I get being busy, but complete and total lack of customer service is something else entirely. There's not a single other person in the dining room and only intermittent drive through orders coming in.

10/3/25: Today at 1:40 PM, I ordered two breakfast croissants. After paying, I was told to immediately go park in front of the building even though there was no one behind me in line. From 1:40, I waited until 2:04 PM before finally receiving my order.

When I checked my food in the parking lot, I discovered both sandwiches were incorrect:
One was missing the bacon (#21 breakfast sandwhich).
The other (#22 sausage breakfast sandwich) had no sausage at all.

Already disappointed after waiting over 20 minutes for two sandwiches, I went inside to show the mistakes. I saw about six employees working, yet my simple order still took far too long and came out wrong.

It’s clear that customers are being told to park in front to stop the drive-thru timer from running too long. This practice helps the restaurant meet its timer goal but comes at the expense of the customer’s time and satisfaction. Next time, I will remain at the window until my order is ready, check it there, and only leave once it’s correct. I recommend other customers do the same.

If this location continues prioritizing timer goals over accuracy and efficiency, it will only hurt performance ratings and damage its reputation further.

Horrible throw the whole place away they don’t never have two things that match cups no ice burger no bun employees no management. This sideshow of a restaurant most definitely needs an upgrade asap.

The dude at the counter looked at me when I tried to order, pulled out his $250 check from his pocket, popped it open, pointed at some lady and said...she'll be with you in a moment and he walked off. Customer Service here by your management needs to be addressed. Good luck, and the lobby needs to be mopped.

Got a bacon ultimate cheeseburger, and it only had 1 small inch long piece of bacon, and the curly fries were small and burnt. Not worth it for $16.

Guy with long dreads was being extremely rude I just asked him for some Good Good sauce and he just responded “NO” I asked why he couldn’t which he responded with “It wasnt in your order” I then asked if he could charge me for it and he responded “You can pay for it im busy” and he walked away which then I had to use the kiosk and make a whole new order and wait for just 2 sauces
