Ordered the party pack bundle and all the chicken sandwiches had no chicken patties in them. they had the audacity to only put, two buns, mayo, and lettuce on all of them lmao, DO NOT GO TO THIS JACK IN THE BOX!! They do not give a crap about your order!!

I just left drive thru about 10 mins ago. I received the wrong burger. I asked for 2 jr. bacon cheeseburger burgers & only received one bacon & one regular cheeseburger. I’ve called the restaurant numerous times but an operator comes up & says they’re busy & then hangs up. I am beyond upset. My order was $25.

Made a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru, got there on time. They told me my order wasn't ready and to wait in the parking lot for them to bring it out. Sat there for 20-30 minutes watching the drive thru empty (there were 3 cars behind me) and people coming in and out. It wasn't super busy and all I had were 2 sandwiches, 2 wraps, and 3 drinks. Pulled back around to the drive thru because I was tired of waiting, told them my name for the order again, and THATS when they started ACTUALLY making my order. I've worked day food and I know fast food isn't gonna have GREAT service, but this is the WORST service I've gotten anywhere.

I always tell myself I will never go back to this location but I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. My last visit was by far the worse, they never have anything in stock! . My food was poorly prepared and it was cold. My taco and curly fries were extremely stale and also cold. I was the only customer there so it’s not like they were busy. I will gladly drive the extra 5 miles to visit another.

They’re constantly out of ingredients. I’ve had them ignore me for 20 minutes when I walk in to order and lately they’ve been saying they will only accept online orders. Over all the service has been VERY poor.

If you doordash- you truly are going to waste your money imo. Everytime I order food for me and my 4 children there is ALWAYS an issue. There are a few people I've interacted with when I go in that are amazing human beings that's why I gave 3 stars but there is no place to complain if you deliver and it wastes money in this economy that people don't have.

The food is mostly adequate. Ive been here twice in two days and apparently they dont take orders that arent specifically mobile order.

Yesterday i was sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes and never even got to order. I called to let them know the drive thru was backed up and got hung up on after being told "theres a wait". And eventually got to the front by the speaker. Tried to place an order and was told theres a wait. Okay. How long? "We dont know sir." Went to sonic instead and recieved 567x much better service there.

Im here today. At the drive thru and told theyre only doing mible order. So i drove around front. Placed an order online and picked it up... whyd i have to do that? Why couldnt you just take my order at the drive thru board...

This location is a joke. I dont know how they stay open...

Good afternoon,
I wanted to let you know my experience here on October 26,2024 and was in the line waiting for someone to take my order and get my food a total of 1.6 hours and some change. This is unexpectable the staff here tonight were very rude as well. The staff did not appologize for the wait as well. The food I recieved was cold as well. Its currently 11:12pm and I have been in this line since 9:53pm. I was patient and waiting I asked why it took so long she said there only 2 people there but when I looked threw the drive thru window there was 3 people that I saw, and there was someone else in the back that I heard. There was just one female employee just standing there not helping the other staff. I currently work in the fast food industry, I know you may have different guidlines to follow but I know waiting that long on my food is beyond unexceptable as well as the condition of my food is unsaficient. I have been a loyal happy cutsomer with your company, but due to this event that took place I will not be a returning as a customer again. I do not blame the owner for this event that took place, but who I blame is the leadership mangagment for not teaching them accordingly as well as the manger who does schedules.AND as it say below or above I would have given them 1 star if I could.
