Food was good thank god but bruh lol the most ridiculous customer service. Not just bad customer service. Rude as heck like we did something bad to her. I’m not gonna put her name on here. But so terrible that I can just laugh and not ever go back.
Incredibly slow service. Literally took 15 minutes just to take my dine in order and there was not a line and the drive through was not busy. Dining room tables and floors needed to be cleaned. The dining room drink machine was not functioning. Individuals in the kitchen not wearing hair nets or hats to prevent hair from going in food. In total it took about 30 minutes just to receive my order. I also received straight fries when I asked for curly. Come on Jack! I used to work for you and I know you are better than that.

I will never be ordering from this store again. This is the third time in the last MONTH that we have had to cancel our Uber order because they have given the driver the completely wrong order. This staff can’t even manage to get orders right, even though it’s within company policies to CHECK EVERY ORDER! Do better

Service was very good. 5All tables were dirty. ALL TABLES!!!! 4.Floors need sweeping and mopping. 3.The hash brown looked old. 2.The glass door was full on fingerprints. 1.Right now, as of 1212 hours, not a soul in the dining room. Excellent opportunity to clean it.

Very nasty ladies restroom. I am not eating at a restaurant which has gnats hovering on top of toilet's seat which is really dirty. Every stall in ladies restroom is dirty. You guys should check your ladies restroom, it's been dirty for almost a week which was the last time I visited this place.
