The staff is nice, their place is clean, and the ice cream is delicious. I had an Oreo Mud pie for the first time. Pretty good.

I'm hooked on the coconut Italian ice. It's sooo good. It's like eating a real coconut, the texture and the flavor. The flavor isn't overpowering and it's just the right amount of sweet. It's so refreshing on a hot Texas day. I love that I can get a half gallon to keep in my freezer at home for just $10 I used to be a big fan of a well known snow cone place but their prices are ridiculous, they take too long to serve you, and the product has changed but since I've found Jeremiahs I haven't looked back. Jeremiahs is affordable, faster to serve because it's already made, and a million times a better product. I do just wish the staff would be a little more professional. Sometimes they don't help you right away because they are talking amongst themselves.

Love the product here, have gotten in to go/catered now several times for events and it’s just that goods Gelati cakes can be frozen for a while and lose the good texture that is in-store but oh well. I will say sometimes the drive thru takes foreverrrrrr and the service is really dependent on who is staffed (hit or a miss). Keep coming though, so it’s still good!

Love the gelati but hate the customer service. Only ones in the store, waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Because they were all giggling in the back. And then when we finally got our order taken she was giggling the whole time not even acknowledging us. Highly disappointed. 4 crew members and not one ounce of urgency…
OMG i love this place, but im only giving it 4 stars because they let people order a smorgasbord of free samples through the drive thru. If you really need to sample the entire menu, then go inside.
