The cashier woman had the worse stank attitude ever will never recommend this place employee should be reviewed for her behavior overall the place is alright.

No soap in the Men’s Restroom?? When I mentioned it to the individual at the counter she said there are other sinks available….WHAT REALLY. The sign in the bathroom clearly states that “ All employees must wash their hands prior to exiting the restroom”. Is she suggesting it’s OK to leave the bathroom with dirty hands ? NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN! Because of the attitude. I never did see anyone go in and address the issue while I sat and ate. Who’s in charge of the place?

Horrible experience. They messed up my sandwich and instead of remaking it, stared at me like i was wrong. Smh never again.

I went and got dinner for my family and I. It was storming out, but regardless of the weather, it was still very good. I really appreciate the fact that they do have curbside service. And I was advised by the counter clerk on how to use their app., and how it works. Once it was said and done i got our food and i think the ONLY thing I'd change would be the fact that a couple of our sandwiches had jalapeños on them when I requested them not be on them but other than that everything was amazing.

Absolutely horrible the manager is very rude and in professional I worked there an it was one good assistant manager Ms Teresa she was very nice but I got hurt on the job a life changing injury they really didn't want to give me workers comp and when they did it was for a little while then they just dropped me I tore my meniscus and now walk with a limp and will never be 100 able to use my knee for the rest of my life and they were like oh well even though it's was NOT MY FAULT and injury reports and assistant manager said the same when she tried to speak up for me they did her dirty and now I'm crippled for the rest of my life because of them DONT GO THERE OR WORK FOR THEM EVER

They made my food quick and the atmosphere was great.

For vegetarians, try the veggie sub, or even better the Grilled Portobello mushrooms, swiss cheese, green peppers. Ask for it to be made "Mike's Way", that adds special relish, lettuce and tomatoes, plus red wine vinegarr and dried oregano.
Much better than Subway's veggie sub!

We have gone to Jersey Mike’s for our sub sandwiches and spend a lot of money for the sandwiches. This is my first delivery, and I will not do delivery again. It was clearly printed out on the receipt, along with in my app, the instructions and request on how we wanted our sandwiches made.. I specifically asked for extra pickles on the side and ordered extra bacon on the sandwiches which obviously is paid for. My sandwiches arrived hot and the extra pickles were not included or the pickles that were asked to be put on the side in cups were not delivered. The bacon doesn’t look any different from when we order sandwiches it actually looks worse, just crumbles with maybe two strips of bacon per section about an inch long. Therefore, I would consider the money that was spent was not on.extra bacon, we asked for extra lettuce, tomato, and onion. It appears to be about the same without the extras. Whoever is managing the sandwich maker is not doing a very good job with spending $70 on two sandwiches two bags of chips and two brownies that money that was spent was hard earned and out of all the places we could have chosen for our meal out “treat” for the next weeks until pay day and choosing Jersey Mike’s I expected better. It’s probably best to go in and get your order made in front of you and it shouldn’t be that way. Not everyone is able to go into the restaurant whether it be transportation issues or disability issues or maybe they just want to relax after a long hot day and enjoy a meal made and delivered. I am very disappointed as we have been loyal to Jersey Mike’s for many many years. Don’t take for granted just because the customer is not standing in front of the window and telling the sandwich maker how they would like their sandwich made. And the sandwiches should not show up hot. They should have bags to keep things cold and bags to keep things hot as they serve both types of sandwiches.
My daughter does Instacart on the side for extra money and has bags for hot and cold foods. I would think a driver could invest in these bags or the restaurant/store should have a system where cold foods are delivered. Cold and hot foods are delivered hot. In the end, I think it’s better outcome if you’re able to go in to the store. The customer service lacks greatly. As well as the reading abilities of the person who made our sandwiches. You can do better, Jersey Mike’s!
If the manager who reads this would like our order number and remake our sandwiches and have them delivered that would be a great redemption. or to offer a refund or store credit.
I took pictures of the sandwiches and will happily share them with Corporate as well.

I went in to buy 2 giant Philly subs and one regular one. My total was 50.44 and I was told that they could not accept anything over 50.00 although that’s the total. So the lady sent me next door to brick and forge to get change and so I did. When I got back there were two Hispanic guys at the register lost didn’t know what was going on. Somehow my total change from 50.44 to $66 ??? Hmm ? how? Did I mention a left a nice tip in advance even while running around to find change to purchase my food that I already had the money for. I just took all my money back and tip because where is the communication? It’s raining there are no customers inside smh! Please do better please communicate and not try to cheat people out of their money because that’s unacceptable ? I will never step in another Jersey Mike’s and this was my fav go to restaurant I literally spend 50 above every time I come here. Kinda funny they accepted a 100 bills before but I guess

Sub was good. It’s a quick stop with some seating but my sandwich tasted fresh. It was a little expensive for what is ultimately just a sandwich however. I think you can make this yourself for not even half the price to be honest, and just a few minutes of your time.
