Sandwich was a mess not cut. Staff seemed inexperienced at making sandwiches.

So I usually order online and the food is usually good. Today I went in store and there was at least seven employees in the front by the sandwich station. One of the girls told me to hold on for just a moment they were all laughing and playing and saying a lot of inappropriate things for all of the customers to hear. After 5 minutes of just standing there and watching them play around nobody took my order so I walked out. I'm not sure who management is on shift at this time. This happened on December 19th at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Please do better

Good food, really friendly staff, clean, and quick service! I tried Jersey Mikes for the first time at this location and the staff was extremely friendly, funny, and quick. Not every visit and every person is going to be Level 100 happy all the time but they were just nice people in world where people don’t genuinely just talk to one another. The food was great! Fresh like all other locations but each sandwich was well crafted and the young lady there even guaranteed me that “it will be the best sandwich you’ve ever had”. While I waited for my sandwich, I was eyeing the cookies that sat on the rack in front of the register. The cashier proudly proclaimed that the cookies were fresh made that morning. I recommend people to try this Jersey Mikes.

I didn’t give a 5 star only because I notice the workers making the sandwiches “DONT HAVE ON HAIR NETS!😨”
So, when a piece of hair gets in your sandwich that may be the reason why 🤦🏽‍♀️

First impressions are everything I received my sandwich. Minus my bags of chips. I had to return to the store to get the chips that we forgotten. Upon arriving at home the bread was covered in corn meal, far too much for the average person to consume and that’s the reason rating of three out of five stars.
