Jersey Mike's Subs

This was my first time at Jersey Mike's and it was great. The prices were average and only waited a few minutes for my order. I will definitely be back.

I ordered 2 sandwhiches, waited over 20 mins brought my sandwiches home just to find one of them to be completely gross and burnt inside. It's disgusting and inedible. I also was not given a receipt so that I can call or reference my order or anything!
I called, ended up speaking with the manager who tried to claim “she’s not sure how it took long or is burnt because the sandwhiches have been made pretty fast” I repeated that it took over 20 mins and I had to bring one of my kids in to use the bathroom even and now I’m home and her only solution was to come bring it back to have another remade. Yeah. No. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I honestly feel the is a hidden objective to not put bacon on anything. Every single time i come in and order a bowl it is missing bacon and I have to have them fix it. Literally I have never ordered and received the order correct.

Generally speaking. This location is a good stop by. Fast service. Along with hygiene when handing the food around.

Sandwiches are incredible and delicious.

Specifically requested a #8 with no condiments because of allergies and was given every condiment. When I mentioned it to the staff they ignored it. Requested them to make a different one and they said that they wouldnt. Do not recommend this place at all

This is the only way to have a hogie or sub sandwich Mikes Way. My family owned a sandwich shop in Camden, NJ, for over 50 years, so I think i speak from experience.

Great sandwich best sandwich I've had

Man I love me a kahuna chicken Philly from jersey mikes on white bread, however the one on clear creek ruins the sub for me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I will from now on continue to go to the one on central Texas expressway, they have way better customer service and their subs are ALWAYS amazing.

I’ve had a few bad experiences at this clear creek location from service to subs but I’ve went back hoping things would change. Tonight was the last straw. I had to work over night I places and order through my account in the Jersey mikes app for delivery. Order was placed at 6:30, said it would deliver at 6:58. Then said it was picked up and would deliver at 7:15…7:09 I get a text from the delivery person asking if I’m on base. You can clearly see that I am. So I say yes and she says that she’s returning it to the store. Awesome. I call the store they say they will remake it and have someone else bring it. Cool. Finally get my order at 8:11pm. Excited to dig in I open it up and realize it’s on wheat bread. Not what I ordered. I called Jersey mikes and say “hi, I’m the one whose order didn’t get delivered for almost 2 hrs, I finally got it and it’s on white bread.” She said “yes we tried calling you but it went to your delivery drivers number we are out of white bread have a good day ma’am.” Then proceeds to hang up on me. My problem with this is I ordered through my jersey mikes account and my number is on there. Secondly the delivery person has my number as well so clearly you didn’t try that hard to get ahold of me and THEN hangs up on me because I’m curious as to why my sub wasn’t what I ordered and I didn’t get any napkins.

Again I’ll keep going to central tx expressway jersey mikes.

I don’t write reviews often, but I can't say enough good things about this location! I've been here several times, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and spot-on with my order. But today, they went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. They asked how I was doing, and their upbeat energy truly turned my supremely awful day around.

It's amazing how much of an impact simple acts of kindness can have, and today they reminded me of that. Thank you for not just making great sandwiches but for creating a space that feels welcoming and positive every time. Y’all made a difference for me today, and I’m grateful!

Food is fine but pickup orders are always wrong. Picked up 3 sandwiches tonight and each sandwich was either missing a ingredient or had one it wasnt supposed to. Gentlemen at cash register were polite and friendly but the lady making the sandwiches needs to pay more attention to what she’s doing.
