K & V sandwiches and cafe

Tried K&V Sandwich and Cafe food truck for the first time today and I’m so glad I did! I got the Cuban sandwich and the Arroz Chino Pepper Pollo—both were incredibly flavorful. The Cuban was perfectly pressed with that crispy outside and savory filling, and the Arroz Chino with Pepper Pollo had such rich flavor and the meat was so tender. The portions were generous, and the service was super friendly. You can tell they take pride in their food. Definitely won’t be my last visit!

Good sandwiches. One of the only places that offers Cuban sandwiches in Killeen. I lived in Florida a long time and had been meaning to try this place

This was a fortuitous encounter as I was looking for a new place to try for lunch and K&V showed up on the map. I came by to find a food trailer already serving a couple of customers. The operator suggested the Kaleb Pro and I got loaded fries as a side with Malta India to drink. The Kaleb Pro is a pressed pastrami sandwich with a crusty bread to hold in the veggies and plentiful meat. The fries are fresh cut potatoes (I watched the cook put the potato through the fry cutter) that are nicely fried then topped with bacon, cheese, and sour cream. The atmosphere was nice with a variety of Latin music playing to accompany a great meal.

We went to eat there today and the food was 👌🏼really good! Deff recommend! We got the Chinese plate along with a breakfast sandwich 😮‍💨 can’t wait to order more!!

This is one of the BEST Sandwich Shops I’ve ever been to. The owners are always smiling, very polite and friendly. The food is hot and delicious. Fries are homemade and on point! I love potatoes and these are real potatoes. My husband tried to eat half his sandwich and save the rest for later and ended up eating the whole thing. The Tripleta is my favorite. If you happen to see this truck and you’re in the mood for a delicious hot sandwich, stop here. Thank you so much for having a great menu and friendly service. ???

Pretty good pastrami sandwiches... with it being close to the gym I go to, pretty happy with a good bite to eat afterwards. The crazy fries were good.

I noticed this food trailer a few months ago and finally got the opportunity to try them out one morning. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was hungry for breakfast, and they satisfied my needs. I ordered the omelet sandwich with bacon, and it did not disappoint. The eggs were very fluffy, the bread wasn't tough, and everything blended well from the first bite until the last. The only thing I needed was jelly. They are worth a try. The service was fast, and the hospitality was spot on. I'll be back to try other menu items.

I love me a hot sandwich and this has been the ONLY place that soothes all my cravings. Food delicious, customer service is top tier, music is always bumpin. On top of all of that, the foods here are always on point. Highly recommend!!
