Every time I go here there's a 30 minute wait or they tell you they are not taking orders because no one came to work and they are backed up. This has happened like the last five times I've come here. If you wait an hour you will get food but it'll 100% be cold and not good. And why is all the original chicken soggy? And why was my last lemonade made with three cups of sugar three drops of lemon juice and half a cup of water. Just a terrible job all around. And the actual pieces of chicken are shaped so weirdly I'm almost positive these were grown in a lab. No chicken grows like this! It's like all the chicken has cerebral palsy or something

I know that sometimes when it gets busy we tend to lose our sense of hospitality. But to stand in the waiting area for practically 15 minutes while no one acknowledged me. Not even a “I’ll be with you” or “give me one moment” nothing was said Once my order was complete the lady slid it into the “pick up” slot without confirming whether I had a door dash order or anything. I grabbed it and walked out to create this review when as I was confirming my order after I got in the car I noticed another gentleman walked in and immediately was greeted and given his order by hand, not through a a slot I didn’t want to make it a race thing but to see how a black woman like myself sat without being recognized and watch a white male be acknowledged immediately really did bother me.

Don’t waste your time at the Killeen KFC. Ordered ahead online for dinner, showed up at 6pm, and not only were they “out of chicken” (at a chicken restaurant 🤯) but when my order was finally ready, they refused to hand it to me through the drive-thru. Instead, they made me get out and go inside just to pick up the food I had already paid for. By the time you actually eat here, it’s not dinner anymore—it’s a midnight snack.

This KFC is ALWAYS out of something! My family and I rarely eat out but we do like some KFC, this one never has chicken…or only white meat or 45-50 min for chicken to be ready. It’s crazy. Chicken is good, when it’s available to eat….

I am so irritated with this KFC. Dining room is closed before 9pm, when ordering through the app it never tells us it's ready. They always are rude as heck. So annoying.
