I had the weekly digital coupon for 5.99$....the store said it could not let me use a coupon because of technical reasons which wasn't my fault but was going to charge me full price. Sad they would not honor their promise ....so I canceled a nearly $ 30 order.

Whoever the crew is/was working today on 4/28/2024 between 4-4:30PM needs some recognition and a raise. EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT. Right amount of fries(normally skimped) and fresh hot chicken sandwich Mountain Dew was even cold and strong.

I enjoy eating there. The chicken pot pie are the Best of all, if you don't believe me go there and eat one.Parking: Any One in Killeen Texas is good to eat at but please try Chicken pot pie ?.Wheelchair accessibility: They have only one Wheelchair accessible parking area.

First off, let me say that I love KFC. I have always enjoyed the chicken, but after the experience I just had I will never return to this location. Also, before you say that I'm being mean, I worked in food service for years, so my patience is null for anyone who works in food.I ordered just a simple chicken sandiwch with fries. Not a family bucket, not a boat load of tenders, but a single solitary sandwich with a side of fries and a drink. The person who took my order was polite enough and asked me to pull to the side of the building to wait for my order. Red flag number one. After ten minutes had passed I had another worker come up and asked me four separate times if my order was something else as other cars were waiting. Another ten minutes goes by and I still do not have my sandwich. Red flag two.I went inside at the twenty-five minute mark, and was extremely annoyed. I've gone to, ordered, eaten, and left sit down restaurants faster than this KFC could produce one sandwich. Inside the workers were reading off orders to each other and looking in bags, because they had no idea what they actually making despite having screens everywhere with orders on them. Red flag three.I yelled behind the counter to speak with someone in charge and they looked at me like I had a foot growing out of my face. I told them that I ordered a chicken sandwich twenty-five minutes prior and that's when one of the workers snapped to and put a sandwich together in under two minutes. So, if it was that easy to make a sandwich, why the hell did it take so damn long? Oh, they forgot the fries to. They also forgot to put pickles on the sandwich, there was barely any mayo, and the chicken was dry and flavorless.Legit I will never come to this location ever again and you shouldn't bother either.

Ordered a 3 Piece tender combo and a 5 piece Big Box.The moment I opened the food to make sure my food was correct I became hesitant to even try it.The tenders were not crispy, the mac and cheese was runny, the fries looked under cooked and I didn't even bother to look at the mashed potatoes.I'm posting a google review AND completing the survey as well as posting pictures.We decided on tossing the food.There's no way we were going to eat it.

Ordered KFC from grub hub, did not receive my complete order. No Chicken , no chicken tenders, no coleslaw, no fries. The only thing that was delivered was mash potatoes and biscuits/ gravy. I paid over $50 for mash potatoes, gravy & biscuits. Somebody needs to be fired!!! On top of that, the restaurant will not answer their phone. This place is horrible, donot order from this restaurant. My complaint is put in to grub hub, they will refund 100% of money. Now I will write corporate to do a sweep of that place or close it down. Horrible

Made an online order, received my notification @8:28 pm stating that it was ready. Didn't receive my order til 8:50....it was 4 chicken wraps. And the chicken wasn't even hot. Just awful. I would understand if they had been understaffed, but there were more than enough people working ,from what I saw.

KFC on Stan Schleuter loop is a great new location. The old location on Veteran's Ave has, unfortunately, disappointed me the last three or four times I've gone. I do not recommend this location. The one on Stan Schleuter is nice though.
