I feel bad writing this review because my brother use to frequent this restaurant . Unfortunately, I ordered the kogi bowl and it was lack luster. The beef had a brown gooey gravy and cabbage was whole leaf and tasteless. The staff was sweet but it was not experience with Korean food that I usually get in Killeen. It seemed the staff was really eager to please the customers which was great.

Food was ok, server didn't know the menu, and orders were wrong, order spicy pork but got beef and order a spider roll and a tempura roll and got 2 shrimp tempura. Won't be going back.

😘....update few years ago...I came from Georgia to visit family and I was sprung to this place...I went like 4 days straight...so each time I visit I made sure to go...but now that I moved here...went and visit and im disappointed 😞 food not the same and amount definitely not there...it was very unwelcome...except the server but 😫😞 taking this place off my places to go list!!!

I recently visited Kogi Bowl to place a takeout order, and unfortunately, my experience was quite frustrating. After placing my order, I left the store for a couple of minutes to pick something up. When I returned, I noticed a bag just sitting on a cart for at least 10 minutes and had a strong feeling it was mine. However, the cashier never informed me that my food was ready, which I found quite surprising given that the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. Curious, I decided to check the bag myself. To my dismay, the ticket was not visible, so I had to flip the bag over to confirm that it was indeed my order. At that point, I felt it was pointless to address the issue with the staff, so I left without saying anything. I believe that good customer service is crucial, especially in the restaurant industry. A simple heads-up from the cashier would have made a world of difference. It’s disappointing that my experience was overshadowed by a lack of communication, especially when it seemed like they had the time to engage with me. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

Incompetent workers and manager… they didn’t know how to refund a food item that they sold out of because I had ordered online. Didn’t even offer a different food item for the same price or in store credit for compensation. Just said “ I can’t do anything”
