Edit: The owner reached out to me VERY promptly, which I greatly appreciated. He apologized and took steps to rectify the situation. As a long time customer, that meant a lot to me. I would still like to see some reworking of the recipes or the implementation of a sweetness scale (0-100%) because “less sweet” isn’t cutting it. I love this place! The great & friendly people who work there are the best part of going inside. My drink was made extremely well & efficiently. I got the classic Thai tea with the non- dairy milk & regular sweetness. Soooo good!! This place is a must try. I couldn't put the drink down!
