Bad. The manager here is rude. Tried to lie on me about throwing pizza on her when she didn't offer to make a new one. Didn't even want to refund my money after asking. Didn't want to fix my son's pizza. She just threw it away and told me to get out. This place has gone under since Virginia became the new manager. Didn't want to talk like a grown ass adult. Kept hiding behind her employees and hiding behind the counter.

I ordered 7 pizza's for my sons get together before leaving to bootcamp. Because of the location we rented we were only allowed 2 hours. I sent my dad (since i had to stay behind and host) with a screenshot of the order information, told him how many and that it was in my name. When my father arrived, he was told that he needed the order number or he couldn't help my dad. Granted, my dad forgot I sent him the screenshot but he didn't even try to help my dad out. My dad left the store and a couple of minutes later he remembers that I sent it to him, so he went back to the store. Same guy is now telling him that I need to go and show my ID. Even though my dad showed what he originally asked for. So. My dad came back to the party and let me know what happened and I needed to go. When I got there I was beyond livid of what happened. I even told the guy that I had to leave the party where I was attending people just to get the pizza and his response was, "not my problem." He refused to give me his name and told me, "not to worry about it." Thankfully I took a picture of him when I first entered because I just knew how it was going to happen. Beyond ridiculous all this happened and of course we ended up with cold pizza on top of it all.

The pizza was fantastic. We ate the whole pie between two of us. And those new pizza bites are wonderful. Just right for a quick dinner after work!! 😁

They say thay they don't accept gift cards at thai location ? But I literally came in less than a week ago and used a gift card.

The person who works at the register night shift needs to keep his personal hygiene up to standard. His uniforms are always nasty and disgusting. He touches his hair all the time. His hair is always crazy looking.
Also, this location never has the hot and ready and always makes excuses saying that we don't sell this and this after this time.
They gotta really do better or close down this location. Just ridiculous.

Got one order of crazy bread and it was disgusting! Looks burnt and taste really bad! Why would you even serve that looking like that.

My family and I are new to TX. But I've never seen such poor customer service in my life. I only went in to go grab a simple pepperoni ? and the new crazy puffs, and it seemed like I was there forever. I was told it was gonna be 15-20 mins., and it seemed like I was invisible. I sat there and watched many ppl come in after I did, regardless if they ordered online or were picking up door dash orders or whatever. It's like it was even there. I did place my order, and it took forever for one of the cashiers to finally ask if I had been helped, and I told her I was told it would be 15-20 mins. She checked to see where was my stuff and it was there, but it just shows the negligence that some ppl have when it comes to displaying good customer service and poor customer service. Maybe we'll try and order from other pizza place and see if we get a better outcome.

I called 14 times before anyone picked up and the women upfront were completely rude and refused to make a exact order saying they couldn’t have “over stock” Because they already cleaned and didn’t want to get anything dirty

We ordered pizza on Thursday night, spent all Friday throwing up with stomach pains because all the pizza was under cooked and still had raw dough. I thought it was just me till my sister and her husband started experiencing the same thing, we threw away the rest of the pizza. Won't be coming back for a while 3 pizzas wasted because yall couldn't cook it all the way.

This location of little Cesar has poor management in all orders..delay in all order like crazy you must to wait for some order even more than one hour even in just one pizza order .
