Little Caesars Pizza

We ordered pizzas fory daughter's birthday party 24 hours in advance. When I arrive to pick up the food, I'm told it hasn't been started yet. It will be 10-15 minutes. Then the guy said that other orders came in ahead of ours. I find it hard to believe that that many orders came in yesterday to all be ready at 4.

The Little Caesar app is easy to use. The order was ready at the stated time with accuracy. The employees were friendly and professional.

They give you a pick up time and is never ready, wen you arrive you have to wait an additional 10 to 20 minutes

I ordered pizza today and this one was 100% old and just heated up. Its sad to get a bad quality like this! Wont order at this location again

This location can never get an order correct. Then you have a guy who wants to argue back with customers. Austin, being the manager, allowed this guy to run his mouth without correcting him. Overall, I would've given this location a ZERO. WORST SERVICE!

Very unprofessional customer service at this location. I called my order ahead and whoever took my order at 4:45 pm on 11/21 was very rude. Not only was the person rude but sounded like they didn't want to work nor take my order. He was being sarcastic when I asked about a promotion I saw online and he replied " I don't know where you will find a pizza for that price in this economy "? He even told me he was putting my name down as "OK" for the order name and I corrected him. I spoke to a "manager" named "Austin" when I was there an he did not care to address my concerns. To top it off, my pizza quality was unsatisfactory as well. Definitely will not rerurn, even if the pizza is offered free.

I was disappointed with their service. They looked overwhelmed and overworked by the amount of people they had to serve. On a holiday they seemed unprepared. The wait was over an hour.

I attempted to phone in an order for three hot and ready pizzas. Despite it being more than 40 minutes until close, no answer over and again, it went straight to an unavailable voice mail box. I rushed over to purchase them, and bought what was on hand. Three pepperoni hot and ready's. Get them home, and I'm convinced these pizzas had sat in the warmer for HOURS. The crust was inedible, the sauce was non existent along with the cheese. I've never encountered a worse experience at a Little Caesars location. Who wants to eat a mouthful of overtly crunchy crust with no cheese or sauce? Attempted to phone back then, and the next day to receive the same, no one answered the phone! Horrible service and experience altogether.

Everyone looks extra dirty and soiled. Customer service is below average, almost rude. No cares are given to presentation or food. They play and talk with vulgarity in front of customers. Currently playing while I wait on my pizza that's past time.
