The cashier has a very unpleasant appearance; her clothes and cap are dirty and covered in animal hair, and her treatment of the staff was annoying.

If your business offers delivery and charges an extra fee for the service, you must ensure that the food arrives complete to your customer. I paid $3.50 for delivery plus a $3.50 fee (I don't know what kind of fee you're charging) and I had to drive because you sent an incomplete order. You can't simply say that the delivery is done by a third party when you also charge an additional fee for delivery.

I would give it negative star or none if possible they were rude said that there was no manager there when ask just to speak to someone I ask for extra sausage on the pizza it didn't look like any was put on one the employee were rude with no costumer service no smile and just argue about that they did put extra in

I just ordered 5 items on the website, 4 pizzas and breads ticks with crazy sauce. The driver delivered ONE PIZZA and said that was the only order. We showed the receipt, he said he would go back and get it. I called the store and the manager says they can't do anything because it shows the order was completed and we would have to contact door dash. First of all, we didn't use door dash, Little Caesars did. My receipt was emailed to me by Little Caesars so there is nobody to contact from Door Dash with a order because it was a direct order! This was handled horribly and we still don't have our food. The store says all items were taken but the driver said there was only 1 item in the box for the code he used.

I cannot order my pizza and have it fresh

Slow, this place shouldn't be open if they can't make the food like every other location. If they have a standard this location clearly is not meeting it. It takes an hour for every day hot and ready. Basically save yourself time and headache and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. The guy at the front register tonight was less than helpful. I ordered online and was given an estimated time frame. My order was not done within that time frame and it took almost an hour, it was literally 50 minutes from when I placed my order, for my order to be done. Employees seem to be more interested in bullshitting than working.

I come here when I expect cheap food. But lately the customer service by the employees is rather poor. When you walk in they make it seem as it is a hassle that you even showed up. It works the same with online orders. And the food quality shows multiple orders messed up or missing.

Walked in to get a lunch special on a Saturday. Was informed they don't sell lunch specials on Saturday by a very bored seeming employee. That's fine, I then asked for an order of pizza bites. This employee looks around says they don't have any made and it would take too long to make. I was willing to wait for them to be made but the impression given was that they weren't interested in making them at all.

Ordered two pizzas. On one of them the meat was sour, the other pizza was extremely salty. Couldn’t even eat it because it’s overbearing. I get that it is pretzel crust, but they put it all over the cheese and everywhere. They refuse to give a refund. Will be reaching out to customer support because this is ridiculous.
