I cannot order my pizza and have it fresh

Slow, this place shouldn't be open if they can't make the food like every other location. If they have a standard this location clearly is not meeting it. It takes an hour for every day hot and ready. Basically save yourself time and headache and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. The guy at the front register tonight was less than helpful. I ordered online and was given an estimated time frame. My order was not done within that time frame and it took almost an hour, it was literally 50 minutes from when I placed my order, for my order to be done. Employees seem to be more interested in bullshitting than working.

I come here when I expect cheap food. But lately the customer service by the employees is rather poor. When you walk in they make it seem as it is a hassle that you even showed up. It works the same with online orders. And the food quality shows multiple orders messed up or missing.

Walked in to get a lunch special on a Saturday. Was informed they don't sell lunch specials on Saturday by a very bored seeming employee. That's fine, I then asked for an order of pizza bites. This employee looks around says they don't have any made and it would take too long to make. I was willing to wait for them to be made but the impression given was that they weren't interested in making them at all.

Ordered two pizzas. On one of them the meat was sour, the other pizza was extremely salty. Couldn’t even eat it because it’s overbearing. I get that it is pretzel crust, but they put it all over the cheese and everywhere. They refuse to give a refund. Will be reaching out to customer support because this is ridiculous.

I went in for a door dash pick up, sat there for almost 10 mins and no one greeted me. When I tried to get their attention I was ignored while standing at their counter. I sat there waiting almost 20 mins for an order that was already ready in the back with them. Even the manager kept ignoring me saying “HELLO” to them.

The clear creek store does not ever have pizza ready. It doesn’t matter what time of the day or week it is.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Every time I come to this location I am met with nothing but rudeness. When I ask if they can make a fresh pepperoni pizza because the ones in the warmer look like they’ve been in there all day. the workers roll their eyes and get a nasty tone with me. Which is crazy because it’s literally there job to make pizzas. I am now sitting outside the establishment on Wednesday the 26th at 8:02pm and I have watched your employees stand back there eating Oreos and then getting back to work without washing their hands! This place needs to get it together or find new management.

The real issue is the young scraggly kid with glasses and an attitude. I told him to fix it once and ever since then it’s been a problem.

It's not a bad place but at times they forget the Italian crazy bread sauce and so I have to make another trip or the pizza is way overcooked.

The kids that work there needs to be fired... Customer service is always #1 and when I feel like I'm impeding on your day because the tone and unfriendliness you exhibit there's a problem... Also why is it some days the pizza comes out fantastic and other days half the pizze is just crust and the tomato sauce taste off? Like someone put a bunch of sugar in it... Honestly get rid of your staff and hire people who can at least put on face and seem happy they work there.. otherwise these kids gon find the right customer..
