Wings are cooked to the correct temp and I have yet to find any errors in preparedness, travel comdition and quality. I'll be a customer as long as I'm stationed at Fort Hood. 🫡

Well, definitely never go back here or eat from here again, horrible customer service in management. The owner is very rude. Ordered some wings from here and received me the wrong order and also the wrong wings told me they were going to replace the meal just to have me come up there and waste my time and did not have my order ready after giving me spoiled expired wings. If you have your problem with your order, just get your money back they have no customer service The owner is going to tell me after that the manager promised to replace the meal for they messed up The owner came out and said not giving away free wings. You’re not giving away free wings if I pay for it and you messed up, my order will never be back. I do not support businesses that do not understand. Good customer service and appreciate the customer that coming to spend their money at their establishment.

I was disappointed i asked for my wings to get cooked crispy and the wings were soggy fries were soggy and customer service was not good, they handed me my food and walked off I will eat at wing stop never again.
Went in to wait for pickup. The first 2x we had delivered it made us want to come back a 3rd for pickup. The first ones we loved it and I mean loved it, there was enough sauce on everything and tasted amazing. But that 3rd time must have been low on sauces. my boneless chicken wasnt fully covered, while the wings were. The taste was still amazing,but wasn't quite enough. Staff is friendly and got it sauced and packed up as it came out the fryer(or oven?) so was nice and hot getting home. depending size gotten prices go from $13+

Food was ok but why are we paying for ranch ?? Spending $42 on wings and charging for ranch is INSANE! that’s like going to McDonalds getting nuggets and them charging for sauce? Let’s be honest that’s horrible! Probably won’t come again for this very reason .
