Visited again today!!!! THE FOOD IS OUTSTANDING!!!!! Fiesta chicken sandwich and strawberry chicken salad are incredible... Can't say it enough!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

LOVED our delicious food! My husband got the usual Original and I got the 2 for $10.99 ... And WOW ... I got half the fiesta chicken sandwich, which is super delicious, and half a strawberry chicken salad, YUMMM. They do not scrimp on anything!!! Our cashier was super nice and we had a wonderful dining experience at a great price! Highly recommend.

This was the worst sandwich I have ever had….it was thrown together with rolled up meat and onions were like shoestrings it had NO flavor because it was dry bread with old melted cheese on it yet plenty of pickles! I will never visit this place again ! Very disappointed ! They were so rushed to get food out they forgot the quality of the food! My sandwich fell apart from the way it was made so I threw most of it away ! I was tired of putting it back together ! Ridiculous! Slow down and do it right for customers !

25 min in the drive-thru and it's not even busy. Had to pull out of line and leave. Do better.

Unbelievable wait time for a to go order of one pizza. Other people in the store were waiting so long to get their food they asked for refunds. Wrong orders were being given out as well. Poorly run establishment. Will not be returning.

Let me preface my review by stating it takes quite a bit for me to leave a 1-star review. My family and I love Schlotzsky's in Liberty Hill and order it pretty regularly since my daughter loves their pizza. Today, however, may change how frequently we visit, if ever again...

I order on the mobile app at 4:30 PM, to be ready by 5:15, and actually arrived at 5:25 due to heavy traffic. Upon arrival, I was told that my order was 'missed' and they were just now getting started on it. I explained I had my kiddo in the car and I went back to sit for another 5 minutes. This was frustration #1.

After coming back inside to check on my order, the guy at the front counter simply pointed to it on the 'to-go' shelf around the corner. Nobody once offered to bring it out to me, which would have made it right in my eyes. My daughter's pizza was cold as well. This was frustration #2.

At this point, I asked what the manager's name was, to which I was given a shrug, causing me to ask if he didn't know his own manager's name and to please go get him. Now, normally I won't do this if there's an apology given or at least a thank you, but there was zero of either. I was simply shown where my food was and dismissed. Finally the manager comes out and it was apparent he couldn't care less. I explained the situation and was given an insincere apology. This was frustration #3.

To top it all off, I had ordered a French dip which comes with an au jus sauce (hence the 'dip' in French dip), but guess what...it wasn't in the bag. Also, the sandwich sizes were incorrect.

Not sure if it's a lack of management, skills training, poor hiring practices, or all of the above, but we will likely avoid this location based around our poor experiences lately. It's unfortunate because we enjoy the food, but this location just can't seem to get anything right.

What a shame.

I think the man's name was Nathan. What an awesome drive through experience and at the end of the night, too. Employees should take notes on that kind of customer service and interaction. Don't see that much anymore. My heart and belly are full.

I love this Schlotzsky and their team is wonderful. I get lunch from them every Thursday. The service is cheerful and quick. The food is always great. Jonnie and Edward are the 2 employees I know best, and I like how they make this eatery feel like we still live in a small town with their friendly banter and customer engagement. I have tried just about everything on their menu, and they are all winners. My favs are the original, the chicken- Avocado Cobb salad, loaded potato soup and the Italian calzone.

I placed an online order and had it catered for ten people. The order was delivered right on time, the food was just what I ordered, and the delivery person was very nice. I had five more guests than I expected yet I had plenty of food. We were celebrating my son's 60th birthday so I wanted it to be special, and it was thanks to Schlotzsky's great service and delicious food. Our family began eating Schlotzsky's sandwiches in the early 1970's when they were on South Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas. Through the past fifty plus years, we have eaten at several locations. That sandwich has never changed in all these years and in all those places. This was my first time to have my order catered, but it was such a success that I will certainly be doing it again.

I just went to order a sandwich. One woman was eating with her daughter, nobody else. They brought her a sandwich that wasn't hers. The woman showed an employee by opening the sandwich with the employee. I watched the employee wrap the sandwich up, hand it to the manager, who put it directly back onto the Service line. It never lost my sight. The other employee then unwrapped the sandwich, put it on a new platter, and walked out to serve it. I attempted to tell them I watched what had happened and they all stared at me dumbfounded. The woman tried to tell them to and they acted confused. The manager rhen said to me with an attitude " sir I have more integrity than most." I'm a disabled veteran and didn't expect that. I asked him then where is that sandwich going(pointing at the re-plattered sandwich) as his other employee stood right next to him with the already fingered sandwich taking it out to a guest!! I couldn't even go back in my blood was boiling so bad and didnt want further confrontation about "integrity" so no refund and I will definitely not be eating this sandwich. Contavtimg corporate next. Avoid this place at all cost!!

Truly never had a worse drive thru experience. We waited 30 minutes to get our food, the order was messed up several different times, the price kept changing when we were given our total and we were told we couldn’t get a receipt because their system was down.

The female at the register argued with her manager and was cursing at him right in front of us and stormed off and left the register. The manager said he’d write her up for her language and she replied with “I’ll say what I want.”

Then the manager had to come help us with the rest of the order, we were told we had to pay for a soda because they “didn’t know how to add a water cup” so we ended up paying extra and all the drink orders were wrong anyways. We had to pay for 2 medium sandwiches when we ordered smalls, one employee offered to give us a free cookie for our trouble and then said “nevermind I can’t give you one.” They did end up giving us cinnamon rolls. Really disappointing experience.
