I think the man's name was Nathan. What an awesome drive through experience and at the end of the night, too. Employees should take notes on that kind of customer service and interaction. Don't see that much anymore. My heart and belly are full.
I love this Schlotzsky and their team is wonderful. I get lunch from them every Thursday. The service is cheerful and quick. The food is always great. Jonnie and Edward are the 2 employees I know best, and I like how they make this eatery feel like we still live in a small town with their friendly banter and customer engagement.
