Marco's Pizza

Currently been waiting 45 minutes for 1 meat lovers , was just told we have to wait another 15 minutes. As upsetting as it is we were told that they only have 1 person making the pizza with several orders so instead of taking it out on the staff, management is the blame. First and last time dealing with this location.

My family and I love Marco's and typically never have issues until last night, did my order online as I always do, go to pick it up. Make it home and my wings are supposed to be Buffalo and they're drenched with some nasty white sauce, I called them and was told I can either keep the wings or come back up there and get what I wanted. I go back to get my Buffalo wings that I ordered, wings are pale, didn't even look like they were cooked and sauce was just added on top of them. This is the worst experience by far, customer service was definitely lacking

I tried to order online; the person taking my order acted like I was speaking a foreign language! He kept repeating my words wrong, making up new words, didn't know what a salad was and then tried to send my order to some address he pulled out of the air! Plus, the order didn't get placed bc of some apk glitch, but the amount showed up in our pending folder! I cancelled the entire order and called Dominoes!

We heard great things about Marco's Pizza. I'm sad to say we were very disappointed. The pizza was delivered and it was cold. The crust was very dry and I'm sorry to say it tasted like cardboard. Very, very disappointed and we will not be recommending it to our friends & family and will not order from their again.

Outstanding customer service! The manger Jade is awesome! Very professional and friendly! My food was great! It was hot and cooked to perfection! Her staff is awesome too! I had a great experience today! Thank you so much! I ordered a large with steak, onions and white sauce! It was tasty!

Let me start by saying that I’ve ordered from Marco’s almost once a week if not every other week for quite some time now. It can be hit or miss, but when made well we enjoy the pizza. I stopped ordering recently after I realized one big flaw in their online ordering system. I order a large pizza half pepper on and Italian sausage and the other half cheese only. I recently realized even though half the pizza is cheese only I’ve been charged for a large 2 topping pizza every time. This honestly wouldn’t bother me if the half with toppings had a reasonable amount of toppings but we’re talking some slices having maybe 1 pepperoni and 1 or 2 sausage pieces if that. Again if they charged me for a large 2 topping and doubled up on he one half that would be fine but that has never been the case. I haven’t ordered again since realizing this and probably won’t anytime soon.

I spent over 50 bucks on pizza . The pizza came not fresh at all. It also made me sick . I had the pepperoni and bacon . The pizza did not have good quality taste at all .

I just ordered a pizza online paid in full, and I had someone pick up the pizza on my behalf. Tell me why they were trying to have someone illegally sign for someone else’s card and they refused to hand over the food when the pizza was already paid for before hand.

BEWARE!!! They are doing illegal acts and should be punished my the law for trying to get signatures from someone who is not the card holder.
This is NEVER an issue at other establishments. I will not be buying from here again, and I will tell everyone I know to do the same.

We order every week from here our pizza wings and couple other items that may change each week.. very friendly..workers seem to get along ..Mason is great..
I go in an order an fast service..my family loves it we no longer get our pizza an things from anywhere else..great job ..all..we appreciate you ..keep up the great service

We have been ordering pizza from this place. Been ordering the same toppings(personalise). Previous orders were good, but for somehow the pizza we ordered today is soaking wet with garlic sauce. We spent $42. Pizza and the box are both soaking wet. It’s like someone pour a 1 galloon of garlic sauce/oil on it. Called the store and spoke to their manager “A” very unprofessional, she sounded like she didn't care. Non responsive and didn't even take my number. Have a poor attitude and very unprofessional. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This whole order and customer service is unacceptable….except for the pepsi! Eating this pizza is like halloween!
