We had delivered and they sent wrong Salad. I called and explained there was mix up with order. However the manager's (there was two I spoke too. Took care of the mix up highlyto my satisfaction. Thank you!

Let me start off by saying I genuinely like this pizza spot. Marcos’s has great food. BUT, the customer service here SUCKS CHEEZ BALLZ! The girl by the name of Crystal has a MAJOR attitude problem. My boyfriend came in to pick up an order for uber eats, and not only did she mess up the order, (which puts my job in jeopardy) BUT topped it off with a derogative personality and hideous attitude. I mean; like you could SMELL the attitude.from outside. Sucking her teeth, and just being DISRESPECTFUL. If you don’t like your job, maybe you should find a new one! Good pizza though

Food taste like roach spray. Disgusting never again.
Couldn't order online site kept saying invalid address...so i ordered and went to pick up....the girl put my card in the machine and walked off....then the other person placed it in another register and just kept going ...i got a charge on my acct and the lady says it declined i said well you charged me she repeated it declined ...so i said well who do i talk to if it goes through ..the gurl replied it wont...i said well i just called my bank they said its processing on their end and she just kept repeating it declined ....meanwhile the other girl with bad makeup kept repeating bye being sarcastic....girl!!!.. this place is rude and unprofessional i was going to get cash but i dont wanna touch that pizza with those nasty attitude.....ps i then went to order food from acropolis with my card...NO PROBLEM...which probably means they had system issues

Marcos always has the BEST pizza. However, very disappointed in their marketing plan. Didn't get it that day because they would not honor fabulous coupon unless order thru the app. No computer and didn't get it to work on phone. We seniors don't know all this new stuff. Last order we did was $88.00. We both lost our that day.

This place used to be great. Last few times though everything has been over an hour late, because they say they have no drivers. So called tonight an hour after our food was said to be delivered, they told us it would be another 30 to 40 minutes before a driver would be there to get the food for delivery. So I drove up to pick up our food, which was sitting on the low shelf of a rack with other deliveries, no heat or anything on them. Glad I picked up or would have been waiting almost 3 hours for cold pizza. Then as I left looked back in to notice every staff member playing on their phones. All they could offer was to return the 4 dollar delivery fee....
