McAlister's Deli

We had a large group for a private lunch today & it was amazing the attention & service we received. The food for 14 came out really close together & hot dishes were hot! The food was exceptional. Thank you for having such a good deli in K town!

Today is IT appreciation day. We ordered from te Killeen McAlisters. They were gracious enough to give us two free large iced teas and two cookies. As always the food, atmosphere. And great customer service was amazing!!

I called in at 12:24 was told 10 to 15 mins. No biggie I was leaving Walmart with cold stuff in the car waited another 10 mins in the car just to give them a good 20 mins to prepare the food. Go in and no orginaztion where to stand to take the order. One person was infront of me told me I could go next waited 10 mins and some guy walked in and the cashier said I could help who's next and he went to the register. So I asked where is the line since I was just kinda dismissed even tho she seen me there. After the man placed his order I paid for mine since the app wouldn't take not one but all three of my cards saying it doesn't support it. Which I've used before. Was told they are bagging my stuff another 10 mins go by. And all the people standing around are also getting irritated. A girl came up to the register and started saying people's name with the order. Mind you one order. The lady after me was standing there and the worker was name. With an attitude. The guy walked up and showed his phine. After him i walked up and said I was told 10 mins ago mine was getting bagged up and placed my order 40 mins ago for pick up and she interpreted me and said name... her customer service is rude she seems to be one of the shift leads or managers. I ended up getting a refund hopefully it shows soon. I would've thought the workers would have better attitudes especially the prices the customers pay. Will not go back to this location. I would rather drive all the way to cove and deal with the wait time but they have better attitudes there and are friendlier. My job always orders here but after this we will go somewhere else.

So we did a favors delivery through this restaurant. Every time we've ever been to McAlister's they deliver and it is sublime. The ultimate experience. First up, The Ruben: it was sensational as always ; second, The Italian - absolutely delicious. The Mac and Cheese was good (I just added a little bit of pepper because I like it, and I'm a Texan). Third, The Chicken Tortilla Soup: did the trick when my husband had covid and satisfied the stomach. Fourth: The Regular Meat Chili- Something has shifted in the chili. It didn't taste the way it did about a year ago maybe longer. The texture was different too. It reminded me of an over seasoned Hormel chili brand (I personally think that they should do a blend of the vegetarian with the meat chili to balance out the flavors). Other than that, it was still a really good experience when you're sick and prefer to enjoy a great sandwich with comfort food.

My husband and I went yesterday and it was a wonderful experience! We were greeted right away, and loved that the gentleman behind the counter was able to recommend their new peach mango tea. My husband loved it! We enjoy coming and have never had a bad experience so we are thankful for the wonderful customer service and our food has always been good. We thank you for all the great experiences.

This was my first experience at a Mcalisters, it was amazing customer service! All the employees gave off good energy. Especially, the employee named Maria, she was very patient while we were deciding and also gave great suggestions. At the end of the transaction she also threw in two cookies, on her!

Just left, besides the staff being friendly my pick up order sat there for 10 minutes, which was just 2 soups. Told the young lady I watched them sit there and was not acknowledged once. Didn’t receive an apology for waiting longer than anticipated as I had to head back to work before my lunch time is up. A simple apology goes a long way!

The food was great! Wayne was awesome, very attentive, and professional. Wayne also walked the floor and said hi and asked if needed anything to every table.
