I know the owner doesn’t care one way or the other so this review is a waste of time, but here goes. Like most people, I’ve had some bad McDonald’s experiences - this one was exceptionally bad. We went through the drive-thru and ordered four of the novelty Grinch meals and four holiday pies with a total over $50 (when did McDonald’s get so expensive?). Most sodas flavors are “not working” so we suck that up and accept what they have.
We pulled forward as instructed to wait on our food. Eventually, a worker brings it to the window, hands it to us without saying a word, and quickly goes back inside before we could tell him the order is not complete.
I went inside to get the missing pieces of our order and was told “You’re just gonna have to wait because we are busy.” How dare I want the items I paid for?
Most of the missing items eventually come out, but it still wasn’t correct. At this point, I decide to count this experience as a loss and retreat home. $50 down the drain as a reminder that McDonald’s isn’t what it used to be, now offering consistently poor experiences nationwide.
Best part is that the guy running food to the parking lot touches the door handles and everything else, doesn’t wash his hands, and continues preparing food.

This is the slowest McDonald's in the area. It doesnt matter what time of day you go they push everyone from the drive thru to park in the curbside parking and have you sit there up to 30 minutes just so they dont have a bad drive thru time.

The food was Awesome Charlie the night manager was has great skills and excellent quality service when something goes wrong with our food he is on the spot to fix it thanks Charlie and hope to come back and eat here again.

Orderd food and and 2 sprites I guess she was only half listening cus when we got to the windows she barely said anything just the total took card while constantly talking with coworker not even look at me when handing back the card and reciept we got 1 Sprite and she was trying to give us an orange fanta I said we had ordered 2 sprites she said we'll I had rung you up for a fanta do you want it or the sprite ....I want the sprite....ok so I dunno if it was cus I didnt take the orange soda I was being punished or what so we were told to go wait for our food in the curbside ok no problem thought maybe couple minutes...no 4 people not exaggerating got there food befor we did the we had to ask what was going on they had to ask what we even had....1more person got there food befor we got ours 5 people in total it was only 2 meals nothing complicated no adding or removing anything ....simple
My food was great but I was seeing how a lady worker with a grey shirt was getting talked to so disrespectful from the guy with the green shirt and curly hair. If he’s a manager they definitely need to review him because he’s so rude to the workers management should be making it better at work not worse.

Aaron remade my mcflurry after I dropped it when he handed it to me. He had a nice smile had to bring all my stuff out to the car and even remembered the remade McFlurry I had to ask his name just because I was so taken back by his great customer service this gentleman should be given every shift he can get because he knows what customer service means.
