If your ordering at night on Fridays avoid the Hispanic lady with red hair.. she will mess up your order and have you wait in line while no one else is in line and then forget half your order.. not very good management. -2 stars

It took me 15 minutes to get someone to take my order. So at this point I'm just timing them. The guy I front of me showed me hos receipt. He had been waiting 23 minutes for a sausage biscuit. So all I ordered was a med soda 28 minutes later I'm still waiting for my soda. Everything I see them go back and forth to the Dr through I said hey yall chissiling your own ice. Or Did you have to call a.Dr So I can get my DR PEPPER well it only took 30 minutes to get my soda and 5 minutes to clean it up because they over filled it and it was pouring out the top Bring Will back this McDonalds Sucks butt

This mcdonalds is essentially a homeless shelter, and the service reflects that. I waited 10+ minutes for an order that was sitting in front of me. The drink station has been down for weeks. The bathrooms are locked. Just don't come here.

Then out of nowhere there were new managers and everything went downhill.
I’m not sure if hiring 27 new people was a good idea, but, I do know that the service has slowed down to 0.5/10 and the bathrooms are atrocious.

very dirty store i stood up at the counter and 5 employess just looked at me not one asked me what i needed or if i needrd help alls i wanted was somone to whipe a table off or a seating area so we could sit and eat very dirty very poor staff hoe can you look at someone and act like there not there not just one but 5 of you!!

I ordered an iced coffee from them and something got stuck at the end of my straw so I poured my coffee out and found a ripped plastic bag instead my cup . I called told them what happened and she hung up in my face so I called again made it all the way to management this time and the MANAGER HUNG UP IN MY FACE . HAD TO HE THERE DRUG BAG if they couldn’t keep it 100 with a customer.
I have a love hate relationship with this location lol. Most of the staff is great and on the days they aren't super busy but not busy enough the staff is so friendly. 7/10 times we have our food fresh and our order correct.

This by far the weirdest McDonald's I've been too. I think everyone that works has been on something. It smells from the homeless guest. The manager looks like she high too and not off of life I came in and ordered a sausage festival with cheese and a burrito that goes in the microwave took them nine months and they're in here cussing each other out in front of patreons what professional McDonald's
