Around 10:30 pm on Monday I went through drive thru to pickup my mobile order the lady at the speaker was rushing me while I was reading my code I figured that was all because the guy at the window was very nice but then I leave and my wife’s coffee isn’t just not hot it’s cold also my coke was flat

Waiting 20 minutes to hear that your order was cleared while waiting in the drive through just shows how disorganized this business is being ran.

I’ll research to see if this franchise owns other Mc Donald’s and avoid them going forward.

I do appreciate my refund being processed in less than 2 minutes makes the 25 minute wait feel a little less impactful.

I hate that doordash takes priority over everything.. 20mins for food.. then tops it off the manager just let's a doordasher come back where the food being cooked to talk an bs while you have people waiting on food.. yall need to start over with all new staff.. just trash

Whoever was working the window at 1:40 PM on November 5 was extremely rude. I had placed an order online. Literally just a six piece nugget. And I pulled up To the first window And they asked me if I want my receipt and I say no. So I pull forward. And the woman she’s missing teeth. She’s older. Not trying to be mean. Try to hand me an order that’s not mine and I said I’m sorry that’s not mine. And she asked me what I had. And I accidentally said a cheeseburger cause that’s what I was originally gonna get. Telling me that my order is not up there. And asked me if I stopped at the first window. Yes I did. And then continues giving me attitude. And she tells them that she needs a cheeseburger. And I corrected her saying that It was actually six piece nugget. And she gets irritated with that. Gives me my nuggets. Asked me if there was anything else. And I say the buffalo ranch and a honey mustard, please and she handed me the bag and I drive off. And as I’m driving off, I hear her “she didn't even know what she ordered”. God for bed I forget in the time I placed an order 20 minutes ago You have to be rude about it. I tried calling. And the phone says us are busy. I would’ve gone inside, but I didn’t wanna embarrass you for being so rude to a customer. She needs to get off the window and stay in the back.. let alone they only gave me five nuggets and regular ranch lol
