Just left crying because the employee working the drive thru window was gaslighting me about not having an order..? I placed a pickup order through the drive thru (will attach receipt screenshot if I can) She said there was no order for me, even though the lady working window #1 told me to just go to the next window to pick up my food. I kindly told the lady at the pickup window my order, I just had a basket of fries and a cheeseburger (I used to work fast food I am SO understanding that orders get lost or messed up) and she acted like she didn’t believe me. She just walked off then came back a few minutes later with my food. And said “so you really had an order that was just a basket of fries and a cheeseburger….?” And I said yes, I have my receipt on my phone if you need to see it. She said “I don’t care bye” then shut the window in my face. I am a autistic, disabled person and now I’m sitting here wondering what I did wrong… I just left crying and now I’m afraid to even touch my food because I’m sure she did something to it. Your employees are BULLIES!! I saw someone else leave a review saying that and they’re so RIGHT. I worked food for 5 years if you don’t wanna work then quit your job sis ?

One the worst service, unprofessional staff, talking laughing instead of serving people. I waited more than 20 minutes for an order an finally they didn't find it. The young girls in charge of serving pickup orders were talking all time and try to find my order on the floor in vain. Crazy so UNPROFESSIONAL! I have to cancel it

Lee is thee best here. She is patient, kind and a joy to be around and interact with it was my first time going to this McDonald's and I plan on going back my children and I had a great experience and I really hope her higher ups see this because she is on point!!!!Kid-friendliness: Lee is definitely a kid person she does very well with children I saw her with mine she's awesome!

I visited this restaurant at 11:30 April 8th, 2024. Love this McDonald’s. Very fast and efficient. What I could see from the drive-thru was very clean and organized. The employees were very friendly and got me my food quick. Will visit this store again when coming through town.

Placed an order online. They took my money I go to pick up the food and they supposedly couldn’t pull up anything in the system. The lady was rude. I asked about my money and she said they will refund it. This seems to be a constant issue around certain times and especially with big orders.

TO THE OWNERS: Your nighttime staff are bullies. They gossip about each other and make you feel so uncomfortable. You should come and experience this type of drama yourself. These children you hire are lazy and don’t want to work as a team!!! They are selfish and self centered people. I’ve watched some of your staff drop food onto the floor and still serve it to the customers! Some of your staff clock in reeking of marijuana. They’re so high they slow down the production bc they can barely function. Your managers do not properly train or educate staff on how to work each station. They just throw you to the wolves and play favorites with the ones they like. I’ve never worked at such a low vibrational establishment such as this one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO EAT OR WORK HERE!

It's McDonald's. Not the worst McDonald's we've ordered from, but not the best, either. We have never dined in, but only have visited the drive-thru.Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes, it's exceptional. Other times, you leave shaking your head. They have messed up our orders on a few occasions, so now we never leave the drive-thru without double-checking the bag. On various occasions, we have received other patrons' orders, or we have had items missing from our order, or received items we did not order, or have been given the wrong drinks. I recommend checking your order before you drive too far down the road.Generally, we only order breakfast items from here, and we really never have a problem with their Egg McMuffins etc., but ordering anything past breakfast we have had issues with McDonald's "quality" of food, from cold, soggy French fries to burgers/sandwiches that are a bit "off" even for McDonald's standards. Like I said, it's not the best McDonald's I've visited.It can get a bit busy in the morning, but I do recommend their breakfast menu. Just be sure to check your order before you leave that drive-up window.Parking: They provide ample parking in their free parking lot.

Nobody said you can’t have a good time while at work, but when gossiping and playing is more important than making sure your job is done correctly you should probably cut out the horse play. 70% of the time, they give me the wrong drink. Sweet and unsweet are two TOTALLY different drinks!
