I ordered a Big Mac with extra mac sauce did not receive it paid an extra price for the mac sauce what are they fish fillet sandwich with extra tartar sauce did not receive it paid extra about too much chickens that were totally missing from the order did not receive any it does not take but a second to read an order to make it properly make sure the order is complete in the bag before handing it off to a customer McDonald's you need to do better your employees want $15 an hour...read full review
McDonald's Resturant #31352 hands down is the worst store that I've ever done business with. They are ALWAYS out of something and the Frappe machines are ALWAYS down. oh and when the machines do work the product is so half a$$. I get it, it's McDonald's but dang... bottom line don't waste your time.. Lord knows if the drinks aren't worth a darn I can't even imagine what kind of food they are serving... Im sure it's old and cold
All the staffs here have an attitude!! Like they are not happy to serve you. The food was cold especially the fries and it’s gross. One time, I waited for literally half an hour for 2 McChicken, and a large fries. The staff asked me to wait on the third window. I waited for half an hour and when she handed my order I got no explanation nor apologies. Such a poor customer service👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
