The McDonald’s corporation needs to investigate this location! They don’t care about their food, it’s always cold no matter if there’s 1000 cars in line, and their service is absolutely pathetic. It’s like they don’t even care about the kind of crap they’re handing out to clients. One star is too many for this location.

Don't bother mobile ordering. Even though your order says they are are preparing it they aren't. They do drive through 1st. Order wasn't brought out until 25 minutes after arrival. Funny EVERY car parked for mobile order didnt start getting g orders until they went in to complain.

I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. After a 30 minute wait, no order comes. My son and I go inside, and it's chaos. No one is up front helping customers. The employees didn't even acknowledge me or other patrons. I was unable to get help with my missing order. After belong at this restaurant for 45 minutes, I finally decide to leave with no food, no explanation, and a pending charge for $19 for food not received. Horrible experience!

Don’t even waste your time going into the lobby, especially on the weekend and if it’s after maybe 8:00. I placed a mobile order tonight ,and decided to go in because the drive-through was ridiculously long, which I expected for a weekend. I stood at the counter with two people who were there for DoorDash for over 10 minutes. Not one employee acknowledged us, although they were well aware that they had customers at the front counter. It was 3 in total who looked and ignored us.
One employee which I presumed to be the manager on duty, was also eating, while filling orders for the drive-through, also noticing us, and never saying a word!! I mean, at least say we will be right with you…something!!!
I asked the DoorDash guy if anyone had helped him yet and he said no. Finally, the other person said, excuse me, two or three times, and somebody finally came to the front counter. That person helped him, ignored the rest of us, and went back to help Drive-through. I do understand that McDonald’s can be very busy, but that does not mean you neglect your front counter, and your lobby.
Customer service tonight was horrible! This nighttime crew can stand to take some extra training, and saying hello, what was your order, or how can I help you, goes a long way.
And if management is going to eat in front of everybody, they could at least ask us what we need, or how we can be helped, at least give me my food, so I can eat too!
A young lady finally helped me, but completely ignored my question if they had anyone working the front counter, she wasn’t very friendly. She did not smile. She did not say thank you, you’re welcome, none of that. If you don’t have staff, then maybe you shouldn’t have your lobby open. Do better.

If I could leave NO STARS ⭐️ I WOULD. Don’t waste your money. Drive a minute down the road to Sonic. Hell you could even go across the street to Wendy’s . The food would be at the very least warm and taste better. My fries 🍟 were old cold. The big Mac was cold to touch along with bread be stale. I check the Big Mac before I left the parking lot. Due I ordered without cheese.
Yes I could have got out of my car and went in. Didn’t want my new food to get spit on or be called a Karen. I will just leave a review. Fast food is not cheap any more. It would be nice to at the very least get warm food. Just a little advice don’t waste your time or money on this Location. Go somewhere else hell any where would be better!

Customer service is literally nonexistent. I walked in to pick up an order, Six people looked at me —-while doing nothing And proceeded to continue to do nothing while ignoring me. No hello welcome in, no ill be right with you, nothing. Then a lady comes up to the register, says nothing to me, gets a drink looks at me, says nothing again and then proceeds to yell out an order number for whatever order she was preparing.

If she had spoken to me, she would’ve realized I had an Uber order and they don’t give us the order code, they only give us the name and we have to request the code from y’all.

I had to ask her if it was for XYZ person only for her to give me the order with an attitude. Do better guys seriously. If you hate your job, get a different job. Dont take it out on cuatomers.

Not 24 hours, we paid at the kiosk and were abruptly yelled at to leave because they weren't open at 6:30 in the morning. The lady working was rude to us and even to the other employee working there and didnt care that we had just paid for an order. She just kept yelling that they were closed and to get out. Idk, if you like being treated less than and having your money stolen, come to this mcdonalds, its great for that. Also, 17$ for mid tier food, lost customers for life.

Fun fact if you choose this location.

They will let you in before they open and take your money and ignore you when you point out that you paid and then promptly ask you to leave. I'm out 17 dollars and breakfast. This location is always hit or miss so choose any other location but this one or risk having to deal with their terrible management.

You know what? To the rude young lady who handed me my kids happy meal today, it’s so odd you made a point to tell me I had to order ranch at the box (when I asked you at the window) cause it costs extra.
Turns out yall didn’t even bother putting the one ranch I DID ask for in the happy meal box. So I’m glad I asked at the window.

And for what it’s worth, I typically do ask for two extra. And pay whatever it costs. And this location never actually gives me the extra ranch I pay for. I don’t care that it’s dumb ranch, it’s the principle.
