I typically don’t leave reviews, but the service at this McDonald’s drive-thru was so frustrating that I feel the need to share. The second ordering lane was completely ignored, causing the line to back up significantly. It’s one thing if they’re short-staffed, but watching car after car get served from the first lane while those of us in the second lane were completely overlooked was beyond irritating.
To make matters worse, after finally getting to the payment window, we were told to pull into the standby lane to wait—despite ordering just chicken nuggets and fries. At that point, it honestly felt like retaliation for using the second lane. Several cars that ordered after us got their food first, and we ended up waiting way longer than necessary.
This kind of inefficiency and poor service ruins what should be a quick and convenient experience. If management isn’t going to train staff properly on handling dual-lane drive-thrus, maybe they shouldn’t have two lanes in the first place. Definitely one of the worst McDonald’s drive-thru experiences I’ve had.

I just sat in the Drive-Thru for a few minutes after not being greeted by anybody. Finally someone says "I can help you" as if they were waiting on me.. well hell, maybe if you had of let me know you were at the speaker and ready to take my order I would have spoken.... why "answer" the speaker and not greet anyone or say anything? 🤨 i could've taken my money to burger king, i just wanted 1 drink.

Wife left work to pickup nuggets and fries for my daughter and I. Nuggets seemed fine but the fries were barely eatable. I called the manager at 2:37 am and she told me I could go back. Who really wants to go back when these workers get lazy and don’t QA your food in the first place. Sounded like the manager wanted to make an excuse about starting breakfast, I said it don’t matter you know the fries been sitting there 30 mins you throw them out and don’t serve them. I spend alotta money on McDonald’s and told her make sure it dosent happen again. Hopefully she got the message if not, in person or corporate call will be in her future for being lazy.
I usually never have a problem through their drive thru but today I ordered on the kiosk in side for my daughter and I , they call out a number before us and skip over my number while my food is just sitting there on the rack, I come up to the counter a lady approaches me and I tell her hey this is my number I'm trying to grab it just says okay walks away no one called out our number or said anything and then walks away which is very rude and unprofessional , another guy gets his order called which was placed after mine , it was only until an older gentleman on his break took aside time to grab our food for us so thank you to him but you something needs to happen where you are taking care of guest at the counter as well as the guest in drive I work across the street as manager and know it's possible I'm highly disappointed in the customer service we received today .

Everything is always good, it's Mickey D's. Gave them 4 stars because they do forget an item or 2 when I go to drive thru, but other than that, always a pleasure going to the McDonald's on Clear Creek!
