The food here is phenomenal The feel of the inside of the restaurant is also great the restaurants extremely clean the ladies that serve you all look clean the one thing that they do that I have issue with is eat on the floor, and no I don't mean they're down there literally eating off the floor like a puppy I mean they're walking around eating I've watched three employees do it in less than 7 minutes while I was waiting on food earlier. One walking from the back to the front where to go orders are picked up another one to the right where that cubby hole is where they all sit there and wait for orders to bring them to the customers and another one in the same area, I mean I get it we're all human we got to eat but I seen you both eat and then go handle people's food without washing your hands and that bothers me just a bit. You have to wash your hands after you touch any surface that isn't clean or after eating and putting food into your own mouth before you handle other people's food.

Last night was a very busy night for Meños! My wife and I should have known as we got into the parking lot and seeing how many vehicles are out there it was going to be busy. Loyal as we are to them, went in. Got seated right away and got our drinks in a respectable time. It took a little bit to get service but again there was a lot of people. The young lady was sincerely apologetic who attended us. We quickly put in an order for Texas fajitas to go and ordered the refried beans. Even then it took a while to get our order but she kept on checking on us to make sure that we were okay and giving us progress reports. She was great for as busy as it was. When I order came to us we paid and graciously tipped. Although the food was hot and it was great when we ate it at home, but we did not get any beans. I guess one can say that we should have checked our food before we left. We shouldn't have to. This however has not stopped us from continuing our dining experience.

Very poor service they acted as if they didn’t want to serve me and my family. Our hostess stayed in the kitchen mostly and served other customers that came in after we did. We only got waters and ended up leaving then she acted offended that we wanted to leave due to her shitty performance. If i had an option for 0 stars i would gladly give it! We were the only black family in the establishment in case you were wondering so you can grasp the full picture of the atmosphere.

I have to give this review 3 stars with the intent to increase it.

Tried a morning breakfast taco run for the first time. Ordered 3x tacos but the wait was 25 minutes (0845-0910). Got home and checked the bag. It wasn't my order. It was a combo burrito.

I did call back and asked for a redo tomorrow. If it works out, I'll up the rating.

I ordered breakfast burritos for my coworkers. The food was good, but the burritos were not labeled. I ordered different fillings because some people do not eat pork, and no one wanted to open or touch them to figure out what was inside. A few coworkers ended up not eating because of that.
