When the food is good, it's great but there is NO consistency with how the food is made. I stopped getting the breakfast skillet because the amounts would always be drastically different. One day, it's be chock full of steak and peppers and onions and the cheese sauce, then the next week it would have maybe 3 good size pieces of steak and a single piece of bell pepper and then mostly potatoes and maybe a pinch of cheese. I started getting the Cowboy Taco for breakfast, which is expensive because there's avocado and brisket. Just ate two that had nothing but what seemed like the bits left in the pan like they ran out of brisket but still made the tacos. It was mainly egg and potatoes. Couldn't even taste the avocado either.Save your time on unsatisfactory food, and go to the clear creek location. It may be a bit more greasy there but it's been consistent everytime we went there. Also, the cowboy tacos SLAP at the Clear Creek location. Like close your eyes while you're chewing type.

Did not test like authentic Mexican food. Not even TexMex style Rice or beans two different kinds didn't like. Won't be going back.
Was looking for a new restaurant and took a chance. We had mixed fajitas for two, they were yummy. The setup came with sourcream, Pico, and guacamole, all of which were good, along with very generous potions. I liked the hot sauce, not very hot but had a good taste. Yes, this is tex-mex . If you want authentic, probably not your restaurant.

I walk in and it took 10 minutes for me to just tell them I'm here for pick up . They said it's at the pick up station. I go there and still waiting. Workers looking at me knowing I'm there and just minding there own business and not even trying to help. And the food just simply sucks.
