MOD Pizza

The two black ladies working this unpleasant smelling, loud establishment were incredibly rude, treating and speaking down to me like a child when I tried to ask any questions about my order. They seemed perfectly pleasant to the other black people that came in. I try not to be racist, but I don't think that's much of a consideration for these two. One of them claimed to be the manager. They also don't seal or verify their mobile delivery orders, so if you want to make sure your food isn't tampered with or stolen, order from somewhere else.

The Killeen Mod is ran by incompetent teenagers and young adults. They would rather talk to each other and laugh then pay attention to the orders. My pizza was boxed up and put on a shelf as I waited in store for it. When I got it. It was wrong and they had to remake it causing me again to have to wait. Ridiculous!

Today at 4:30 PM Central Standard Time, I visited the MOD Pizza location in Killeen, Texas, 3007 E Central Texas Expressway
Suite 104 Killeen, Texas, 76543
US and had an extremely disappointing experience. I attempted to order cheese bread with unlimited toppings, something I’ve ordered at other MOD Pizza locations, including Temple, Texas, without any issues. In fact, I have previously ordered cheese bread with unlimited toppings at the Killeen location as well. However, today the supervisor informed me that they do not offer cheese bread with unlimited toppings.

This inconsistency in service and lack of clarity between locations is frustrating and unprofessional. As a loyal customer, I expect uniformity in policies and offerings across MOD Pizza locations. If there has been a change in policy, customers should be informed proactively, and staff should communicate these updates in a respectful and professional manner.

The way this situation was handled left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. MOD Pizza has always been a go-to place for me, but this experience made me question the quality of service at this particular location. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to ensure that all MOD Pizza locations maintain the same standard of service, consistency in offerings, and professionalism that customers have come to expect.

The pizza was great but the service from the ladies in the back was just rude as hell. They took their time on checking us out and when I asked to make the pizzas take out instead of dine in, Like I said at the beginning, the lady had a huge attitude rolled her eyes and was just rude. She also kept touching her hair while working with other people's food.

Staff extremely rude. Speaking to her employees rudely directly in front of customers while rolling her eyes. Then nasty while speaking with me. I can’t stand someone who huffs and puffs as if they hate their job but won’t get another one.

The most amazing affordable pizza experience. I love this place. This is a true gourmet pizza. The staff was very helpful and friendly even while they were dealing with the irate food delivery person.
