Being very picky with BBQ..My family was not impressed with the BBQ. Didn't feel it was tasty enough. The ox tails were a bit of disappointment too. I enjoyed the collard greens and pulled pork and candied yams but my family said they weren't up to standard. The red velvet cupcake was good! The service was outstanding, sooo friendly.
Hands down the best soul food I’ve ever had in Killeen , the service was amazing I had a last min event I needed catering and the owners wife went above and beyond to help me complete my order

When we went into this restaurant, I waited in line for a few minutes while the waitress took the order of the man in front of us. When it was our turn to order, the waitress picked up the phone that was ringing and started taking orders and not once looked up at us. I asked her why she didn’t take our order before answering the phone and she ignored me. After a few more minutes of her ignoring us, we left the restaurant. Poor customer service.

If you live in, are stationed at Fort Cavazos, or visit the Killeen, Texas area; you have to stop by and try this place. Their food leaves me speechless and it truly tastes like grandma/ momma made it. As soon as you walk in you smell the goodness and might even start drooling. Can’t stay away from the place, my most absolute favorite is the Smoked, fall off the bone, BBQ Chicken ( no sauce needed). Shucks!!! The vegetables are Slap Yo Momma worthy!!! I can eat those by themselves…

The food was bomb... the brisket was fall-apart amazing!! Literally the best brisket we've had in a while. The Mac was creamy and the sugar yams were perfect. My husband had the ribs and corn and that corn was hands down yummy. The ribs weren't dry, they were really good. Great BBQ is hard to find and man this place will be our go-to! We will definitely be going back for the food!! The service was very kind and friendly. The atmosphere was clean and bright with good music to wait for our food.

Wow guys yall are outstanding food was delicious brisket was perfectly cooked (even for a BBQ snob/ former pitmaster)The seasoned potatoes and pulled pork were amazing. Sausage wasn't my favorite but had a great smoky flavor. If I could give more stars I would.
