this place isnt the same . been coming here for 10 years. the portions are getting smaller and the food is horrible now . my noodles were mush.... beef and broccoli was way too salty and my egg roll was under cooked . sadly they have lost my business for good.

I came and got dinner yesterday after some time away and was really disappointed. The Oriental chicken was soggy, the pepper steak was chewy with lots of gristle, and parts of the rice were hard—overall, the meal was inedible and I had to throw it away. Oriental Cafe used to be one of my favorite places, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll return. I wish I could get a refund.

I give it 5 stars in comparison to Panda Express whose offerings most resemble Oriental Cafe. In all ways Oriental Cafe is better. Huge portions, greater variety and fairly priced. There are no extra charges for beef dishes. If you're in the mood for Panda Express, do yourself a favor and come here instead. The food is typical American Chinese style. It's bland compared to authentic Chinese food. It lacks the deep, heavy spices typical of Chinese food like ginger, garlic, 5 spice, but that's pretty much true for all Chinese places around here, so I can't knock them for it. The bottom line is you get what is typical for Chinese food in this area served hot and in abundance at great prices, and that's more than enough to justify a 5-star rating compared to its competition.

Not what we expected from the previous reviews.My gf noticed alive and dead crickets ? in the bathroom. If you are looking for a nice sit down Chinese restaurant, keep looking.
