I don’t believe I’ll give this location any more business. An employee literally threw my food on the counter followed by a “here you go…” an elderly gentleman and I stood there waiting for our at least five minutes without a single greeting or acknowledgment. She did this bc eventually she said one minute and I said it’s been several. The elderly man even said wow she threw that with some serious attitude.

First off the manager here named Joe lied to me and gave me the wrong phone number to customer service. Had a problem with a big order we placed, tried multiple times to call this location and no one ever answered. When I asked him about it he said there was one employee that didn't show up for work, not sure why that would have anything to do with answering the phone. Our food was undercooked and took it back to this location, showed him the food he said it wasn't his problem, would be a good vendor's fault. And then gave us a totally wrong number to call. I can see why JOE the manager at this location has employees not wanting to come to work. Very bad customer service and food at this location. Will never eat here again at 1107 W Stan Schlueter Loop in Killeen Texas.

The food I bought on October 12th for my mom's birthday was horrible. They got the order wrong and the food taste awful I'm not sure. What was wrong with the restaurant? Why there are fewer workers?But I hope whatever happened Never happens to other customers again.

Aside from being skimpy with the food, don’t ever expect them to send you any sauces if it’s being delivered. This is my third time ordering from the same spot and I have yet to find any sauces in any of the deliveries, even though I requested them specifically.

I went through the drive thru on Tuesday evening. I had stomach cramps n sweating that night n woke up at 2am violently throwing up everything I ate. The orange chicken was all I ate before going to bed. I noticed that the line isn't as long since then. Im not sure whats going on.I have been sick since then. I'm still sick. I have been having cold sweats, vomiting n diarrhea. I don't know if anyone else has had issues but I ate the orange chicken which came back up n I'm still suffering.
I’ve been going to Panda Express regularly for over a decade. When they get skimpy on the food I don’t make a scene, I’ll just order extra sides or entrees if the main plates look super light. This takes the cake though. Paying for extra sides and they don’t even fill them up. I’ll be taking a nice long break.

The general manager is very rude. I believe her name is Jayne. Horrible customer service from her in particular and the food was not fresh. Go to Harker Heights in Panda Expresss. Do not waste your money at the Killeen location.
