Great experience with cashier (Jazmine). I am very welcome with greeting as well as helping me on my rewards that help save me on my meal today. Even to the point after I was done with my meal, she came by and asked me how I enjoyed my meal. Today was my fourth visit, and I have enjoyed each time I have been. Love the atmosphere.

ordered delivery, not only did they forget the bread in the order the frozen lemonade was completely liquid. incredibly dissapointing, the quality of Panera has just taken a nose dive and i used to be a regular customer... seems they just keep getting greedy for money but not providing the same quality results. don't waste your time, spend your money wisely somewhere else where you wont be overcharged for a hockey puck and watered down depression soup.

I went on Friday. Had a craving for the crunch Bagel. The bagel was really good. But the Drive Thru was horrible. They asked for my order so I placed it and nothing happened I was ignored, so I drove to the window and waited for about 20 minutes finally a lady came to the window and said yes, I told her I placed an order at the speaker, she said ok did you call in your order, I told her again I ordered at the speaker. So she had me order it again. She didn't ask me if I was a reward member, but I Paid for my bagel, then waited another 15 minutes. She open the window and handed me a bag and closed the window so I just sat there she opened the window again and said what, so I asked if they didn't do rewards anymore was told yes, so she put my number in and shut the window. No thanks or come again. I have been there several times and NEVER had this BAD service. If the employee is having a bad day DONT take it out on the customers.
Today I went to breakfast with my husband and I really had a very bad experience with the customer service of the place, I preferred to keep quiet about the bad attitude of one of the people who was on the morning shift, specifically the person who makes the sandwiches. When I asked her if she could toast my sandwich more because it was still cold and unassembled, she gave me a dirty look and did it very reluctantly, she could simply tell me no or I could just pay extra for the service. I really like the food at this place and I have never been treated like that in any other place, I have also worked on the other side as a waitress or in customer service and I try not to be rude, on the contrary I always try to help the customers.

Just ordered the Asiago Bgl sausage and egg breakfast sa with and talking 'bout goodt! I don't know if it was the bread, the cheese, or some type of sauce they put on it but it was very flavorful and yummy... it was the bread...it was the freshly.. baked.. bread..😋
