I came in with my daughter to eat brunch. First time being there I do not know the menu anything. I order a grilled cheese and a Dr. Pepper. I see that they have coffee so I change the Dr. Pepper to a coffee. The cashier sighs dramatically and says ok you want a coffee now. Then makes a show of switching the cups out like I just ruined her entire day. Will not be going back. It is ridiculous that customer service has dropped this low and it is every where. Like we should thank them for shopping there.

Insanely slow and overpriced. Waited 38 minutes after the ready time. They gave me the wrong sandwich which caused another 15-minute wait. Instead of taking mistakes seriously they just overcharge everyone and offer free bread for the inconvenience. Drinks are $3? Outrageous.

Overpriced for what you get and quality. I don’t mind paying high prices for quality at all. The only reason I would go back would be to buy their kitchen sink cookie. I have a thing about cookies. That’s absolutely it though and I wouldn’t eat it inside. It’s like a catholic schools cafeteria in there.

Food is always good. Kitchen is very, very slow. Kiosk is unnecessarily complicated, employees are calling out order names, to which customers are replying, “I didn’t give a name.” The table pagers don’t work. Why have them? Confusion abounds in back of house. New manager?

Not really the turkey and cheddar sandwich I ordered. Unfortunately it also made me pretty ill. Had to go to the emergency room due to gastritis 😞It’s a shame because I really love Panera bread but I’m terrified to eat here again. not only did they mess up my order three times but they gave me someone else’s drink too.

Ordered plain bagel, sliced but not toasted, and plain cream cheese. Finally got to the window, after about 20 minutes, to be told they were out of plain bagels. So, I picked everything bagel. Received bagel and cream cheese, after 5 more minutes. Bagel was toasted. Also, was charging $3.67. Should have been $1.94. I will say the bagel was very tasty, but I won't be back. Too much trouble!

Employees are very rude and made smirky and unwarranted comments, just because I asked for my order to be corrected. One employee decided to include himself and got mad when I asked why. Not my fault you didn't get my order right in the first place. Then employee tried to lie to manager that he wasn't rude.

In town for the weekend and this Panera location was right next door to my hotel which I greatly appreciated. The hotel has a bistro that serves breakfast (paid, not free), but I figured I’d go with what I know instead of unfamiliar.
I go over around 8:30AM, the store is pretty empty expect for me and one other customer but it was super clean and immaculate. The cashier was friendly, quick & efficient. I was excited to try the new CinnaCrunch Banana Greek Yogurt Parfait so I I ordered it to go along with a breakfast sandwich, coffee and a pastry to snack on later.
My order was completed in a timely fashion and I love the electronic kiosk on the wall that tracks your order as it’s prepared, great addition Panera! And like I counted on everything was made fresh and was tasty. The smell of the hazelnut coffee as it was pouring from the carafe was invigorating, woke me right up! My experience at this location was everything that an experience at any Panera should be, everything was pretty perfect.
P.S. They have an actual drive through! Haven’t seen a drive through back at home.
