If I could put 0 stars I would. I’ve ordered from here before BUT NEVER AGAIN! I came to pickup our carry out order but needed to wait (which was no problem) HOWEVER after watching the young girl who was processing the dough, we did not pay or take our order home. Within 2 minutes I watched her grab her ponytail, itch her hair 2 times, wipe her nose and wipe her brow plus getting on her phone in between tossing and prepping the dough.

After telling management, management said this young girl didn’t prep nor touch my food but one can say one thing and do something different. The manager and I both agreed of her hands and health were a concern BUT no hair nets, no hats, no gloves… with food?

Placed an order for delivery on Papa Johns' website. Easy to use website and alot of coupons offered. I appreciate the pizza tracker so you can follow along with your order. They partner with doordash for delivery, so it was good to know and follow along once pizza was picked up. Name of driver and tracker to follow along delivery. Pizza came fresh and delicious, and we received our order earlier than expected. Friendly workers who answered the phone at the store when I had a question if they received an online order.

Ordered a two pizzas from here and got mostly crust with very little sauce, cheese or toppings.

I left one star just to inform anyone that likes papa john’s to stay away from this location. They can’t get an order right to save their lives and it seems like their phone doesn’t work either. I’ve called several times to speak with someone to resolve the issues and the call immediately drops.

It was the worst pizza and wings I ever had. Never ate Papa John’s until today 7/28/2024 and i will never eat here again. The wings taste like Tyson nuggets with bbq sauce drizzled on top. The pizza had no flavor at all. Got the cheeseburger and a specialty pizza. It was just all tasteless. I am beyond shocked that people actually love this terrible pizza. The cinnamon rolls were delicious but that’s all.

I was notified that my order was delivered but it never arrived, they disconnected their phone lines before closing hours and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone during the morning hours because it automatically hangs up when you say speak to a manager.

I requested contactless delivery. This is how my pizza arrived at my house. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone to get this fixed.You call and request to speak to manager and it automatically hangs up.

I ordered 6 piece buffalo sauce wings. But they were plain instead. I had a papadilia and brownies as well, those were good.
