I ordered from here at least 6+ times and today I’m done ordering their from the location or using them for delivery. Every time I order from here there is always something wrong with my order and it takes forever to get it delivered. After my delivery today I am done. It took an hour for me to get lukewarm half baked pizza. Honestly if you live close to the Copperas Cove location pick it up there. I’ve never had any complaints from that store and when I used to be able to have them deliver pizza it would come on time or sooner.

I live 3 minutes away and the delivery was 45 mins late. No excuse for that. Poor management. Other Pizza shops deliver way faster from the other side of town.

I ordered my pizza online but when I got it, it was waiting for me. I hadn’t eaten their pizza in a long time but it was SOOOOOOO good and yes I would definitely order from them again. The people were friendly and very polite not rude at all! Thank you!

Totally mishandled our order. Never got delivered. No calls or texts. Took 15 minutes to reach someone in phone after being hung up on multiple times. Was told no delivery driver to deliver on base . Yay me!
It's papa John's not mods pizza. For ten dollar pizzas it's decent but you get what you pay for and your not paying for much.

Online order with a projected delivery window of 6:18-6:24 p.m. It is now 7 p.m. Tried calling the store for an update. Phone lines don't work properly. You choose any option to speak to an employee and it disconnects your call. Absolute garbage. Thanks for the most likely cold pizza that will be delivered.

I ordered at 11am and didn't get my food until 12:30. They apparently do not have drivers so used Door Dash to deliver. The driver got completely lost and went to Harker Heights instead of my address 1.7 miles from the store. The manager informed me on my phone call there wasn't anything he could do once the food left the store. It was a giant cluster trying to give the driver directions.

Ordered online and set delivery for 730pm. After calling for an hour and them keep hanging up on us. Then our cold pizzas finally gets delivered about 850pm. This is the 2nd time this location done it! Save yourself the trouble and use another

By far the worst papa John’s I’ve ever ordered from. Called to update my order and immediately got disconnected every time I pressed a number when following the prompt. When my pizza did arrive it was smashed and flattened like it had been tossed around while in the box. My garlic sauces were open and leaking everywhere with the sauce containers dug into my pizza. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from here.
