The shrimp in the spring roll was fresh. This is the first and only Pho I have tried in Killeen, TX. Comparing the taste to most other pho I have had throughout the US, It was OK. The largely sliced green onions were a little overwhelming. The service was good. The restaurant was clean. It was not very busy during the lunch hour. I was able to be seated and have expedited service.

I use to come to pho 9 all the time but unfortunately I will no longer be there.Every time I order pho with no onions, they bring me a bowl full of onions. They have only obeyed my request 3 times out of the two years I’ve been there. What really made my decision in not going there is the customer service. We have to ask to be served after they take our food order. The last time I was there it took over 30 minutes for me to have my order be taken and additional 20 minutes waiting for a drink.I went on my lunch break and when I asked them about my food, they finally brought it out when I only have 10 minutes to spare. I didn’t finish it due to me being late for work. I really wanted to support the family business, However, my experience was disappointing more than the last time. It’s not worth the price.

Love this place, been going there for 1 1/2 years. It doesn't taste the same anymore. It use to be heavily aromatic amd slightly salty. Now it's lacking something. Idk. I can't put my finger on it.

Felt a little off when I walked in. Was upset when I got the food. I had a small portion of the meat flanks raw which normally I get them from everything other place cooked and ready to go. Had something else in there I didn't know what it was. Some type of jelly fish looking stuff and then the veggies well . . . It's like I went straight to my garden and yank all out with roots and just slapped it in there. Not much trimming. Won't be going here anymore. Too overpriced

I did not take a picture but wish I had. A friend picked up lunch for me today. I got the beef with no lemongrass and no curry. It has wax noodles and carrots, lettuce, onions, and a special beef. I say special beef because I could not figure what kind of beef. I found a small piece of hair and thought, uh oh, but I was starving, so kept eating. Then I saw a small patch of hair with several strands. I immediately stopped and pointed it out to my friend. She was in disbelief. She asked if I could be mistaken that there was a patch of hair. I pulled the longest strand and handed it to her. We were dumbfounded. Of course, I didn't eat anymore. How disgusting and what a waste of $14.00!

Why on earth do you pay for food you haven't even eaten at this restaurant? The first time I ate the food, it didn't come out, so when I paid the bill, I said I didn't eat it, so they told me to submit it, so I said no, so of course it had to be deducted from the bill. What country's law does it account for when I said I wouldn't take it, but it was calculated at the same time? The reason I am writing this is not because of money, but because the server and owner of this store take everything for granted.

I’ve order from here once before and I am highly disappointed with the food that I received this go around. I ordered the Beef Brisket Pho along with the chicken Fried Rice with no Vegetables. Upon opening my food I noticed that my meat looked old and dry. There was even a piece of fat that was rubbery. I called the restaurant and informed them of the meat that I had received and the you man that answered said “ I’m sorry, we cook our meat everyday. There is nothing that we can do.” I’m disgusted and disappointed, no longer a recommendation if this is what is to be received.
